Came for lunch today was greeted and looked after by Leo, whom was so friendly and welcoming along with his colleagues whom was all also very welcoming. Service was spot on and I was definitely impressed with my lovely meal 😊 10/10 all round so will definitely be returning.
Food was great and service was super fast. Leo was absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. The nandos itself is tidy and clean, well looked after. Great experience overall!
Yesterday I came to eat in for lunch and I was immediately greeted as I came through the door by a very enthusiastic guy in a red shirt I think he said his name was Josh. I’ve eaten here many times and i always have a good experience. The Staff are always helpful and the managers help them a lot when it comes to clearing the tables. The manager in the grey shirt was running back and forth cleaning tables with him still with a smile on her face.
The food was perfect as usual I was offered the new Saka sauce at my last visit last weekend and was convinced to give it a try. It was very good. I hope you keep it on the menu.

Minced peas, rainbow slaw and the chicken with BBQ Chipotle sauce was excellent.
The other chicken with garlic was a little bit dry.
Service is hard to rate, you order via App/online so you don't interact that much.
Giving Nandos Grand Central all 5 stars the staff were so great at the job, I went last Saturday to order a takeaway. Very polite welcoming also the lady when i was ordering gave me details about the Nandos card she really helpful explaining me about it. 😁
Nice new branch with great decor. Staff are very friendly and polite though they seem a little overrun. We had to wait outside to be seated but we did go at a busy time. We were seated fairly fast on the first floor which is deceivingly big, food took a little longer than usual to arrive but was tasty as always. Recommended a visit if you're travelling through Grand Central station.

Best of all the Nando's I have visited in Birmingham! The chef here should teach everyone else to make juicy, flavourful and tasty chicken at all the other places.
The time they took to bring the platter took a bit of time as the sides took more time to get ready. We'd have at least liked the chicken first and the sides later. But it's a minor point.
I can't wait to visit this place yet again and have more of that yummy chicken!
Good quality food and lovely scenery. Only bad thing was the upstairs door to the kitchen was always slammed loudly hurting your ears, especially if you’re put right next to it.
Great service from Leo....helped us get seated quickly as we had an event to get to. Quick service and lovely food. Will definitely be back!

My second time at this branch of Nandos, Theresa’s service was great, she was very helpful with my order. My starters came in a bit cold but the experience was great still. 🫡
Great service. May I add the staff went above and beyond to make sure we was satisfied with our food. Offered free dessert as waited awhile for garlic bread and starters.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to the very kind Nando’s manager… they were out of chicken thighs, but was very considerate and ended up making the trip worthwhile.
