The departures section was well run and felt safe in terms of distancing and measures in place for protection. Nero cafe is open in the departure hall pretty much as soon as you walk in. Post immigration, Costa and Boots are the only stores open. Again, both run very well for distancing. I had a premium seat so received a 20 pound voucher to spend at either location as the lounges are shut at the time of writing. Queue management for boarding was patrolled very well.
Birmingham Airport is till a quiet environment due to lockdown rules. Nevertheless, it was a nice experience in terms of holidaymakers trying to go away despite the covid crisis. But for myself I was disappointed because my flight to brussels was cancelled. However, the vaccine is being rolled out I reckon in Easter Birmingham Airport would be a busy place again
Okay. Parking staff are really helpful and professional. I couldn't see pay by cash machine after getting lost they come down to show me where pay by cash machine was
Easy to get too 😘😘😘
Very good experience, professionally working staff and helping people during the COVID-19 restrictions
Good covid management, fast check in, quick through security, all handled very well.
