Overall a decent experience. The guy who served us was amazing and super polite, genuinely a great customer service experience. Unfortunately the place was empty when I got there but it was probably the cleanest chicken shop I've ever been to in all honesty.
I ordered 3 meals totalling £18.50 and although the beef burger patties were a little smaller and thinner than I'm used to, the portion size was decent. You get a lot of freshly cooked fries and whatever sauce you want both on the burger and in a pot also, which is great.
The food is a bit pricey from what I saw, such as £9.90 for a large donner and chips and £5.50 for a small, but generally in the city center it's around £6 to £8 for a burger meal so the price point there is about average.
My muslim bro from work took me here on lunch break maybe 1.5 year ago and we still have it often-ish. Best in its league for both quality and value (£6 regular burger meal). Boss man isn’t shy with them fries lol. Also always hot and cooked fresh. Winner. The guy is great as well super welcoming and friendly.

I visited the place on Friday when I was stuck in Birmingham because my train got cancelled. The person at the counter was amazing he was very reassuring and made sure I was safe the food was also really good thanks for the help.

Great little spot if you want relatively cheap but quality food. Just went there with 5 friends and we all agreed that the burgers are amazing (We all highly recommend the chicken burger with the hash brown) and the chips are decent aswell. Only small gripe was that the wings seemed like they had been out for a while. The little extras they pack are great as well including nice sauces, napkins and a couple of anti bacterial wipes which are great.
Eating section was clean and the kitchen looked clean as well so no complaints there
The food was exquisite. I had the chicken burger. Chicken was juicy and chips were perfectly crispy and salty. Nearly got a second meal because the first was so delicious.
There's not enough stars to review this place and the man keeping everything in perfect condition!
And those chicken strips are the absolute best in the whole Birmingham how big it is, you don't find better food elsewhere!

Have been using this place for a number of years. Fairly priced fried chicken and burgers, and the owner's a lovely chap. Went in today for the first time in weeks (thought he'd closed down), still damn good value food. Make the effort and come here instead of KFC, Station Street needs the business, its dying on its arse.
The supreme chicken fillet burger meal is unbelievably tasty and the owner always makes it fresh! The owner is very humble and friendly. I have been coming to this shop since February 2019 and haven't stopped going back since.

Stopped in here whilst waiting for my connecting train. The man serving was so nice really nice guy and the food was just what I needed good size portion of chips and tasty chicken burger . It’s just a shame I live in Sheffield otherwise I’d be back

The guy on tonight let us stay in after close and even made us our food 3 minutes before after we turned up so close to closing time after naively not checking google. Brilliant service
