The thing to know is that this is not a full store. It’s a smaller city centre Ikea from which you can collect orders. There is a limited range of furniture, accessories and food available. Towards the store is a cafe selling meals and light snacks. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the store is bright and airy. I attended a LIve Lagom workshop which was interesting and fun.

Lovely place, nice range of products to view, good selection of on the day products. Saves the trip into Wednesday. Shame it's closing next Thursday 😭😭😭

Absolutely fantastic, both times me and my partner have been there the staff where nice, polite and helpful. Yes its a bit annoying you can't take the stuff you want on the same day but once its explained why you have to order and collect its totally understandable.

Don't be fooled! This is not a normal IKEA it is literally only for ordering things you want or picking things YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED up. You can't just go and buy a table and walk out with the table like a normal IKEA. If you intend to use it for this purpose then it works well.

Very cosy and nice IKEA in the city centre. The selection of goods is very good, considering the small space (compared to large IKEAs). The cafeteria is excellent. It provides the same quality service as the usual ones we know from the big stores. I like to drop in for a cup of coffee when I am in the town.

Good to go there for design and furniture ideas. You can buy small kitchen items, storage bags, hangers and other homeware accessories in store. You can also buy frozen food items and groceries or visit the café. Their Collect and Order service works great. I usually opt for free delivery if you don't mind waiting a week. They also have a printer available for IKEA Family members to print vouchers in store. Parking is available to pick up larger orders from the back of the store.

Small store with limited stock. However I ordered things online and collected them from here without any problems. Free hot drinks available while waiting for stock and free parking in the collection area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The range of what you can buy instantly is limited by size, but they'll order in. Actually some of the small objects on sale make nice little presents.

Useful store to have in Birmingham, just wish it was bigger. I found the staff I've encountered friendly and helpful, especially a lady serving in the café (I love their cinnamon rolls 😋). The menu in the café is different from main Ikeas.
