Lovely atmosphere for our friends Birthday celebration today. The staff especially Faye, were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. The only thing we didn't like much were the spicy prawn starters. Other than that, it's really good food.

We were welcomed by a friendly chap I think Paul was his name. My daughter booked a table for 3. We all had a carvery meal so for my meal I had gammon peas carrots roast potatoes with gravy. I Really enjoyed my meal. And drink. The staff were very chatty and friendly. I will be back to try other meals for sure. We all had a nice relaxing meal. Regards Sir A Edwards

Kyle was absolutely amazing in making it easy to order and was very friendly as I have gluten/dairy allergies. Stonehouse carveries never let me down!

We had a lovely carvery and a dessert between us. Salted caramel profiteroles and apple pie with custard. Both were delicious. Served by very friendly staff. Overall, we had a great meal in a friendly atmosphere. What more could you want?

Would definitely recommend the delicious carvery at Sheldon Hall, Gressel Lane, B33. Available every day, not just Sundays. Choice of large or small plate under £10 to fill with several types of vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, crispy but soft roast potatoes, stuffing and cauliflower cheese, three choices of meat, and yorkshire pudding. Sundries include mustard, cranberry sauce, horseradish sauce, and gravy. Highly recommend.

Ordered four carvery meals yesterday and wanted to collect them. As I approached the door a chap rushed to open it for me. The meals were ready as I walked to the counter: I had ordered turkey with mashed and roast potato; there were three different vegetables, stuffing and yorkshire pudding. Gravy was provided separately, and I was provided with cartons to help myself to sauces, (cranberry, horse radish and mustard - there were others to choose from). The food was delicious, it had all kept hot in the recyclable dishes. The meal was for three adults and a teenage lad; there was plenty for everyone and it was thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was perfectly cooked, the gravy and sauces were as always perfect. Well done to the friendly, capable chefs; we have a carvery every so often and the standard is always excellent.

Booked for 14 people for a pre wedding meal, was given a long table in the back room which we were told was just for us all night. The manager very kindly allowed us to dress the table and play some music. Good was great and the staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back...thank you all at Sheldon Hall 👍

You can still see the beams from he original house. There is also a cosy bar area. The toilet area is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. it's a carvery and pizza place. The food is lovely and they don't skimp on the meat like some places. The puddings are nice as well. choice of sauces and gravy. clean. A place worth going to. we housed a dog show there 17th October 2021. We had the grounds for free they sold raffle tickets gave us a donation for the charity gift card bottle of wine and collection boxes. The staff were wonderful. Cant thank them enough the show was for the Eden suite at Heartland hospital Birmingham. where my sleeping Granddaughter Ruby was born. we raised £806.51. The venue was idilic and so accommodating. The food was really good even though they were so busy.
