The best cupcakes I ever had! Although on a bit expensive side but definitely worth every bite. The only down point is , they’re always sold out! Maybe because I go late around 5pm but just always a let down when you’re craving a vanilla cupcake but it’s not their fault.
We wanted a cupcake sundae, but we're told that for the second time, the ice cream machine wasn't working. This is what happened last time we came, disappointing. Staff were friendly though, and the service was good. We had a slice of red velvet cake. It was moist and delicious.

Ordered cupcakes and mini cheesecakes to be delivered for a 50th party. Couldn't believe the time,effort and quality of the food. Absolute first class. Beautifully and carefully packaged and delivered with care by DPD. All packaging can be returned and recycled. Well done at Lola's you run a well oiled machine there. Everything so tasty and high quality. Value for money too.
I absolutely love Lola's Cupcakes! Their cakes are simply amazing and I always use them for special occasions and birthdays. The taste and quality of their cakes is truly top-notch and they offer a wide range of flavors to choose from. However, I do think that their prices are a bit steep and could be considered overpriced. Nevertheless, the quality of their cakes more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Lola's Cupcakes for anyone looking for delicious and high-quality cakes for their special occasions.
I have been going for a while because the cupcakes are absolutely delicious! The manager, Penny, is an absolute star. Always friendly and kind to me and to other customers I’ve seen. Never a bad day when I see she’s working ! :)))
Had cheesecake which was amazing coffee was lovely, coffee was served with a metal spoon, what let it down was cake was served with a thick plastic throw away fork, when mentioned to waitress said they were using them because it was so busy and needed to wash up. I really don't think this was true, seemed like this was normal. But service was very good, definitely would go there again.
Delicious cup cakes. The cheese cakes were great too. A bit pricey but well worth a try. Staff were friendly and professional.

Having never ordered a cake online before I was slightly concerned. No need. I ordered the naked victoria sponge and it is the nicest cake we have ever bought. So fresh and the sponge was amazing. We couldn’t collect on the day we wanted so had to opt for delivery and the service was excellent. I have had so many comments telling me how lovely the cake was. I will definitely be ordering again!
I couldn’t fault the service, great selection and very well priced. The cupcake milkshake is something I never tried before and was worth a try!
