I been to Ed’s Easy diner in the past. However, we went again today so I thought it would be appropriate to make a review. Ed’s Diner is an American styled chained diner in the uk, which started in the 1950’s and has continued to thrive over the years. I had the the BBQ chicken and bacon with onion rings and my partner had the dirty Deli. The burgers were really good and the staff were immaculate and i definitely have to plan coming here again

First time I've heard of/been to an Ed's, apparently it's a chain. 1950's themed American diner, serving burgers hotdogs and shakes. We had come down to Birmingham for a gig at the Utilita Arena and having arrived early to get parking we decided to grab something to eat before the gig. The staff were friendly, polite and asked if we had any allergies as they were seating us. The Other Half had a smokey Joe burger, adding the extra patty on for £2.50 (not bad I thought) and I went for the Nashville chicken burger. We also decided to get a BBQ bacon cheese Dog to share as well. And we couldn't not try a milk shake! The burgers were lovely, very saucy and a decent sized side order too (you have the option of one or two). Not the biggest of burgers granted, but tasty and filling. The shakes were amazing. All in all we paid just over £55 after a blue light discount, not bad at all. Will have to look out and see if there's one up near us!

Had a lovely time here, the waitresses was very nice and the food was good. Unfortunately, my chicken burger was hard on the last few bites. But overall it was nice and I would come again but maybe order something different. My partners milkshake was amazing it came with a choc ice and was overflowing with cream and sauce.

3 Adults 2 kids 1 adult in mobility scooter 1 push chair Not really space for pushchair anywhere to go sadly not really space for the mobility scooter to go anywhere as it seemed in the way everywhere we went. Was seated very quick and safe were super friendly and polite ! was seated in a booth all together went to order food but was slightly confused and the table said table 20 but the online QR code said table 68 so had to go up and ask what was going on and even they didn’t know or apologise. £27 just for my self for halloumi starter chicken burger double up cheese sauce fries and Sprite Zero with float. Not too bad but slightly pricey if you ask me ! Food all tasted great and everyone was pleased with their food although my burger had next to nothing mayo sauce inside and trying to grab someone attention was hard work as was very loud at peak times. Toilet was well kept clean and tidy only thing I noticed was hanging wall plugs and screws in the wall which is clearly a safety hazard ! Would definitely return but probably the ed diner in bull ring !

Lovely dinner in American style, staff was very friendly and polite. Food is not the best but it’s really enjoyable. It was fresh, well done and served quiet fast. Affordable prices. However the Shake was awesome 🥤

One of the best things about the place is its location. Situated in a 1 minute walking distance, across 2 foot bridges from the National Sealife in Birmingham, Lego world, and other wonderful side attractions. It had a lot of foot traffic Staff was friendly, and diner has this American themed. They serve the Ed's big breakfast all day for £10.97 although the advertising said £9.90. The breakfast was really filling and tasty too. We had enough space for a family of 5, and everyone got what they liked on the menu. Also, they had on stereo some cowboy rock and roll to set the mood. We got burgers and fries, among many things. We also got the chicken wings, which was a bit over fried, dry, and crunchy. It was a bit difficult for the kids to chew . Another thing I didn't like was that the bottomless drinks were self served. You had to call on the waiters to get it for you, and it seems to be a deterrent to get as much you might like.

It’s an American diner in the middle of the Birmingham Arena, and close to Birmingham central, the decor is a nice balance of American and diner with lots of red, there is a juke box on each table, it doesn’t work at the moment maybe it does if it gets fixed. The food is tasty, with generous portion size, I did love the fries, the hot dog is especially tasty with lots of flavour. The staff are attentive with a quick service

Food was excellent, service loses one star for one burger having pickles when ordered without pickles and one incorrect drink but otherwise couldn't fault apart from the latte. Probably one of the worst I've ever had, the best I can say about it is that it was wet and warm but honestly think they forgot to put any coffee in.

We've visited yesterday for the first time and we loved it. The music are taking you back to the 50's. Food was delicious and milkshakes were so creamy and yummy. Staff was very attentive and smiley. It is a must when you are in Birmingham!

Stopped in quickly to grab a few shakes & was not disappointed. 2 oreo shakes & a malted strawberry were ordered & my god they were good! You can add malted to any of the shakes & I advise you to do so as it makes it taste so much better. The food smelled & looked amazing but we didn't order this time, will definitely be returning to try the food

I really like the idea behind this, American style 50's? Diner. The food was really good, if a bit pricey. The service was swift and friendly. Will probably visit again, but for special occasion, not as a regular eatery.
