Amazing place! lovely pub, friendly, clean and welcoming. Excellent prices and the food is delicious, If spoilt for choice and unsure of what to choose I seriously recommend going for the days special. Today I had the Venison hotpot and later the chicken curry and chips, both were superb and don’t just take my word for it, just look at the photos!

Old fashioned back street boozer, but had a good atmosphere and food we ordered was basic but good. Also great to watch the football with multiple screens.

Nice local pub in residential area. Pub food served. Worth a visit to see how traditional bham pub looks like. Burger with chips under £5 is nothing to complain about, not the best burger I ever had but well worth the price tag. Great place overall, tasty homely food.

Lovely old style pub. It was quiet on a Wednesday evening. Enjoyed a couple of pints and they even had mild on tap.

A delightfully traditional turn of the century dog friendly pub. Claire made us, including the dog, feel really welcome. The food provided was of generous proportions and very reasonably priced. Really pleased we left the tourist trail to seek out this little gem.

A pub near the cinema, is amazing that the food only costs 3 to 4 pounds. Very good of value. Although the craft beer here teast little light or different.

The Best pub in Birmingham I live in Ireland but do be in Birmingham sometimes. The UK full of chain pubs. This is a proper pub. The staff. The customers. The food. Everything is anazing about this place. Its very reasonable too. If anyone is in the area treat yourself to a great time. The only thing is you will want to keep com

A superb original Birmingham pub with THE best Mild I have ever tasted. An absolute little oasis in the vast span of a large city. Go there you will love it and depending how old you are, it'll are you back years. A proper boozer.

I visited here Saturday 25th Sept for the first time to watch the footy. Great local crowd and good attentive service from the staff. Will definitely be revisiting and would recommend if you want a proper pub without the bells and whistles.
