Courteous and very friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere (does need a facelift though). Meal was good. Be prepared to wait 10 - 20 minutes for your meal to be served.
Had dinner last night and was better than we anticipated. It was a gift which we were not looking forward to. We ate here 5 years ago and were not impressed. This time everything was much better and nicer, service very good. Cocktails great and not bad price. Food really good and nice atmosphere. Wo
Food was beautiful, I had the duck and it was cooked perfectly. Decor of restaurant was lovely with lots of open brick and contemporary art work on walls. Service was very good with helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was the spotlight lighting over the tables because it irritated my eyes.
We came here for a wine tasting and meal for my dad's birthday. The wine tasting was really fun and the meal was delicious. Nice to have a three course meal without enormous portions but good flavour. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. All round a great treat for my dad.
Nice restaurant, decent food. The service wasn't bad at all, besides one mistake with our bill at the end of the evening. The waitress was very kind about it and took care of the problem right away. Overall, we had a great time.
Very nice space! I visited here because of a gorupon voucher. Their duck is simply amazing. oh my gosh! Their drinks are not watered down like most places and the price isn't bad. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really nice place. I'll be visiting again.
The quality of the food was great. The menu was very limited though and a number of dishes were in available, leaving little choice. Great atmosphere though and would recommend coming down for a drink...
We didn't eat at the Vaults but did hire a private booth / drinks package and thought the experience was first class. Very accommodating and great service from all the staff. Fab night out! 10/10!
Great food and venue. If you want to have a slightly quieter meal go early evening and maybe avoid Friday's. But great all the same.
Friendly and cheerful staff working in a cosy unpretentious environment. A wonderful place to relax in over a drink or a meal. A mark of British hospitality in Birmingham!
The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter, Telmo was fantastic. We used a Groupon which made it extremely good value but even without the Groupon I would highly recommend this restaurant
