staff were nice, didnt eat there but im guessing the food is good considering the quality of the drinks, the atmosphere was nice however it was quite crowded at the event i attented, leaving little room to sit and dance, still a good experience overall though!
Really nice quiet pub. Limited menu but food is nice and cooked perfectly. We were served by Anne who is a lovely friendly lady. Nice old traditional decor and very clean too. I'd not been down for about 8 years so was surprised the little horse had gone but the beer garden is really nicely done no
A very large old pub with very friendly staff and customers. On the beer side they had Doombar and Tribute on hand pump which are not favourites of mine and personally I would say are a biy similar so some variety would be nice. Very spacious pub with a good pool table that takes card payments which
Sadly, the pub wasn't busy on a Thursday lunchtime when we visited but the female bartender made us welcome. We had a burger (from a limited but popular menu) and a drink at a very reasonable price. The food (cooked by the bartender) was nicely cooked and tasted good.
Staff & management are always friendly. Great size function room for all occasions with doors opening onto the garden area with seating. It has a nice atmosphere & is always clean . I look forward to many more good night there. Marie.
Great pub, free function room, lovely food.
Great selection of drinks, Neck Oil being my favourite. Dog friendly free doggy biscuits and water. Steve n Cath are very good at their bar jobs 👏
Very friendly, helpful and efficient barmen, signage could be made clearer for returning to the bar to ensure social distancing. Managing people who disregard social distancing (by moving outside tables together for example) dealt with politely and assertively by staff members, increasing trust to g
I would love to thank all the staff for the excellent service during the 6 Nations Rugby. We came in for all the England matches. Our service was always greeted with a smile, and nothing was too much of a problem. During half time we were served a fantastic curry and beer was good. Thank you once ag
Went to a birthday party in their function room, was nice open space with easy access to a bar. Opened out into the beer garden and play area. My daughter enjoyed their food.
I had my 50th birthday party in the function room. Beautiful room. Superb friendly staff. The room and toilets were spotless. The night couldn't have gone better. Many thanks to the Highbury team. X
Always an amazing place, friendly management and staff, bloody good night out all round.more of a family than just a local pub .highly recommended, everyone welcomed.
Nice bar and great function room
Big thank you to all the hard working staff of the Highbury Inn. I enjoyed a great night. Good beer Good Food Great service ! COVID safety is at the forefront of the Highbury's policy and made for a very comfortable safe atmosphere. Difficult times made more bearable ... Well done!
Don't be put off by first impressions. The Highbury can sometimes look like a 'locals' pub but it's a lovely pub with friendly punters. Never had a bad experience there, good beer on offer and even free pool on a Monday. It's worth popping in on a few occasions to get a feel for the place, they also
Nice little local pub with a decent atmosphere and a range of customers. Went in to watch a big football game and easily found a table yet the place was fairly full. The staff did a small buffet during half time which was a nice touch.
