I have used Pret in Selfridges for many years .I would like to let everyoe know what a fantastic team they have there . I regularly go there to eat and drink as they offer a excellent range of gluten and wheat free food ,their filter coffee is the best in Birmingham city centre ( I even have a take away filter with pouring cream for my long bus journey home from work ) they have the best staff /customer relation I have seen anywhere ,also I have never heard aa single grumble from any staff member no matter how busy they are .Pret have a fantastic friendly team they should be very proud of. It is one of the reason I recommend it

Great mochas, great wraps. Bit over heavy on the Avocado which I hate. Plus a bit upset you've dropped the hot Jalapeño wrap - WHY??
But still great food and drink.
Staff are really friendly and attentive. Loved having my breakfast there after a long journey.
I have visited the store here for years and I have always found the service here to be of a high standard. Well stocked, clean, tidy and good customer service.

Pret a manager is an amazing cafe with so many choices. I especially love hot chocolates and wraps here. Good and quick service. Very crowded during weekends but worth it.

Food choice is great, ranges for vegetarians, meat lovers, oriental, english etc. Different choices i.e sandwiches, wraps, soup, baguettes, toasties and salads. Service is quick and friendly, and the quality of the food is phenomenal.
Has to be my favourite Pretty A Manger in Brum. Few simple reasons. Comfortable seating, it's actually in Selfridges, and they serve the coffee in proper cups.
Friendly staff and I enjoyed my soya chai latte.

The young lad I ddn't get his name he had blonde streaks in his black hair in Selfridges branch realised my religion and helped me chose a suitable snack "thank you for your kindness yesterday". I forgotten my glasses and my child wanted a certain cookie he showed good service and kindness.
Lovely coffee, dairy free options (not just in drinks but also some food), friendly and efficient staff! Highly recommend!
The best sandwiches on the go. I like their selection and most of all they have vegan sandwiches which are definitely up my sleeve. They have a good selection of drinks, fizzy drinks and organic drinks. I like the convenience of buying something on the go and the staff is very polite well mannered. I do recommend.

Given 4 stars as last few weeks they've either ran out of something or no cold drinks because blender has been broken. This doesn't put me off returning though.
This is a great place for lunch if you can find a seating!

ALMOND CROISSANT 🥐 it's out of this world. Through many years and multiple places haven't found a better tasting CROISSANT.
Service was fab 👌🏼 there was no whip cream so they reduced the price of the drink and had a nice Praline latte 😀 seating are was comfortable and a lovely atmosphere 😀
This is a very busy Pret due to its location but that aside it's lovely. The bagettes are tasty and the coffee is a life saver in my life. I'm on crutches and a lovely lady working there carried my tray of food and drink over for me. She was very chatty and friendly. Although it's busy every table was cleaned with minutes of ppl leaving. It was clean and tidy. It's well maintained. If you're waiting for a train I'd definitely recommend Pret...
Love this branch of Pret, the staff are brilliant and really friendly. Drinks are always promptly served and they have a good range of food.
Best cafe in Birmingham. Jermaine gives some of, if not the best customer service I’ve ever seen. From making old women to babies smile - he’s like superman. And he found my AirPod Pro’s case. What a massive don.
The shop can often be quite busy but this one offers cold drinks as well as hot drinks unlike the new street pret. Noisy as well given it's place in Selfridges but nothing headphones can't fix.

Used to work at Pret and I always make a point of going back because I know the food is amazing and made that day. Can be pricey, so not an everyday lunch but defiantly healthy.
