Great place and staff. Food was really good too. Would recommend getting the meal deal for 24.99 covers evening meal with a drink and breakfast. Well worth a visit.

We arrived Saturday afternoon from Romford and were greeted by very friendly staff. I cannot find fault with anything nor did i wish to. They made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and would happily come back here.

For a chain restaurant the food is good, nice sized portions that cleverly leaving you wanting another course, or just enough that your not stuffed and want to sleep off your food coma. Having said that it does get repetitive if your staying in the hotel for any length of time. Staff are very friendly, polite and service is nicely timed.

Had fantastic service from the wonderfully cheerful waitress Kristel. She genuinely made our evening meal celebration an entertaining time. Only slightly disappointed with how miserable the barman was. He did not look happy at all, but to his credit, was courteous and professional. The food was fantastic although slightly expensive. It lived up to expectations with ease and was delicious a party of 13 and everyone enjoyed it. Overall a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend.

Service at dinner was amazing. Waiter even pulled a heater next to my table. Apologised profusely for missing an ingredient in one of the cocktails. Lots of choice anyway so it wasn't an issue. Good value food, lovely design inside and comfortable atmosphere.

I went in for lunch with my mum , we were served by Kristen , honestly hands down the best server , she was such a joy and very attentive she made it a great afternoon for us. As her shift ended 4 tables were singing her praises and waving her out the door, because that is how much of an impact she made on everyone. 1000/10 for her service.

Staff were friendly but took their time to direct me to a table (chatting in the kitchen), I had breakfast today, and most of the food on the plate was lukewarm. I sent it back to be warmed up, and sausages were crumble and not very nice, bacon tastless. Croissants were all out of shape, and they wouldn't bring anymore out. American American pancakes were nice. Toaster took ages to toast the bread.

It would have been very rude not to visit the local Beefeater, especially after receiving a 33% discount voucher (food only) via the loyalty card email. Being a burger fan I though I would sample the cheese and bacon variety. It was delicious. Would it have been delicious at full price... I think so, the chips and coleslaw were very complimentary. Overall very good, it was quite quiet. We had a good choice of tables, we were shown to our seats and the service was fast a friendly. I did have the new Missisppi mud pie for pudding, but it looked so delicious I forgot to take a photo. It certainly was! Overall a good (mostly meaty) selection of dishes on the menu. We had soft drinks and water, however there was a varied wine selection and full bar on offer. It's also worth noting that there is also a new Premier Inn Hotel above the restaurant.

Had their smothered chicken for dinner, very tasty and it was a very nice athmosphere for dining, good prices and friendly staff, I`ll definately go back :)

I was looking forward to a birthday party, but I have been waiting too long. The service in here was terrible. They left our food and made it cold. We've been waiting over 2 and a half hours. The atmosphere was outstanding, and the food I was looking forward to was going to be outstanding, but the service was rubbish and absolutely inadequate. I will make a complaint to Beefeater South Birmingham, and I hope they improve their service.

Staff are clearly overworked, we come here once a month or so and every time there doesn’t seem to be enough staff on shift. the cold buffet is always empty, there are dirty tables and floor. it’s a shame that management clearly aren’t investing in their staff.

Been to beefeater today the crème egg Sundae is delightful and the service is also immaculate Corey the manager Toni front of house Billy these three make me always feel welcome and happy to be there and they are always smiling very professional and will be back again
