Amazing decor absolutely love it!! First time I tried the desi breakfast today and I’m so impressed!! Presentation and taste of the food was on point - no faults or complaints! Quick service and staff were friendly. Will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again soon
Chai was lovely, didn't try anything else. People commenting saying food is rubbish. It's a chaiwala - have the tea ..what it's known for � ladypool road full of restaurants and you picked the tea shop to eat ? That's like going to costas and moaning that the lunch is crap. Really like this place! Amazing food and the karak chai is the best. Glad we have this in Brumland.
Firstly the staff were very nice, the food is also very nice, the negative point would be that there is no one to arrange for you to sit,when tables were free, I was with my husband and my child, we're waiting for seats, some ladies came after us and sat down on two seat to make sure they got table when the people got up, One of the girl from that group even said they are a family waiting for seat to which she replied that's their luck, they should have their seats, we didn't want to intrude others eating that's why weren't jumping on seats, but aside from that I would definitely say this place a try.
1st time...i loved it...though it could be more spacious..but no complaint abt service and food...would recommend it...
Every single time I come in to this place they always bend backwards to ensure we are very satisfied. I am pleasantly surprised to find the management to be polite and very generous. I hope they go from strength to strength
Had a spontaneous visit to Chaiiwala and I can assure you it didn't disappoint 🤤 karak chai amazing taste, as it always has been from day one, definitely one of the top tier tea joints ☕

After a very long time we had the desi breakfast, portion and price is on point 😋 tried the pink tea it was really tasty but will stick to my karak, definitely recommend this place, well established 👌🏻

Excellent customer service even when some customers were rude to her. She rose above. 5 stars.
Best part was the customer who was rude to Eram left in a strop and nearly fell over on the pavement. God works in mysterious ways.
Eram looked after me and other customers. I ended up having more than I expected to have, 2 Karak chaii, 1 tandoori chicken Nan and Karak coffee cake for breakfast.

Chaiiwala is honestly best for the chai, the tea here is incredible and they really focus on making the perfect chai for you. The Karak chai was absolutely incredible and the masala chips were also very flavourful and one of my favourite picks from here. But I will say the rest of the menu from sandwiches, roti etc, they’re very mediocre. It is always very busy in here and there’s rarely any chance of getting a seat but if you wanted a chai to leave. I’d say this is the right spot.
Nice Customer service. Unfortunately no working toilets. Masala and imli chips to over powering sauces. Made it inedible. Them they forgot my pink tea but gave me karak tea instead of what I ordered pink tea. As they ran out of pink tea. We ordered two pink teas but got one.
First time here trying out this place customer service was really good, i went for the desi breakfast definitely recommend that also she recommend the pink tea which was amazing you gotta try it out.

Delightful little place on Ladypool Road. Better than the one in slough in London. Great choice of food, amazing Karak Chai, cheap and fast service. Mainly designed for a small crowd but had enough seating for one big crowd. Generally quieter in the mornings but heard it gets busier as the day goes on.

First time visiting this place without knowing this place and what they serve. We just wanted to have breakfast. I must say very very good place to have your breakfast or lunch. The food (we had kebab roll) is fresh made and the karak chai was brilliant, so good. I would definitely recommend this branch.
Very busy place, same taste of tea. Decent ambience... it very crowded and noisy. Probably chaiwall need bigger places to accommodate more dine in.
