It's a cozy and warm place. Perfect for a rest between the shopping trip. Here you can find fresh snacks, very good drinks and sweets like muffins and cakes. On rainy or cold days is the place on the windows perfect for relaxing and fuel your energy.
Best coffee in UK! Really tasty desserts. Super comfortable chairs. Very friendly and professional staff. You can come here with your laptop and work quietly drinking excellent coffee. Very good place for rest)
I always get the hot chocolate from here. It is very conveniently positioned right outside Grand Central so it's good for those that want to grab a quick hot drink before their train. There is only one toilet downstairs which is shared and there is additional seating downstairs. They have a range of cakes and cookies for sale as shown in my picture.
Good coffee shop near the train station, power points available for charging devices... Very handy. All good.

Loved the place! Coffee and chocolate variety are incredible for anyone. Seatings are comfy and the whole place (upstairs or downstairs) are cozy to stay in, morning or night. Service is okay, some of the staff can be a little unfriendly though. You can use the loyalty card that when buying 9 drinks, you get the 10th for free!
Good branch of this popular coffee shop chain, situated just opposite the business district entrance to New Street Station. The ground floor is a good spot for people watching; downstairs is quieter. One of the few coffee shops in Birmingham that are actually warm in the winter !

I drink coffee here at least three times a week. It's usually packed between 5 and 6 due to its proximity to the train station but I don't mind that. Good service great coffee and a fantastic location.
Martin and his team, in the Temple Street branch in Birmingham have been making me and my colleagues coffees over the last week, started our working day with perfectly made coffees!. Loving how we can order via Uber Eats, recieved the hot drinks straight to our desks at work. Thank you. Xx
The coffee here was good but not great. The carrot cake though was really nice! It is a good and fast option if you want to have a break or get some rest buring a long day
Great location, just outside New Street station. Big windows make this place for relaxing over a cup of coffee and watching the world go by. The article is always nice and friendly.
Lovely mocha, kind staff, I mostly rate cafes based on whether I can lock my bike outside and see it through the window, and I could so I was happy! And plenty of plug sockets too!
Anyways busy when I visit which is surely a good sign the service is fast and friendly from a great team it has a large downstairs area which normally had a table or two free so never any problems finding a seat waiting for the next train home only wish it was open longer so you can chill whirl waiting for your party night to start :)
