A really, really lovely place. Lots of options, good for GF. Staff friendly. A lovely atmosphere with the presence of a relaxed guitar player.

Great customer service, great coffees always made brilliant 😊friendly employees staff. They always make my coffee taste so good. I always order coffee from here and it still taste has good has the shop.
Not as large as the Sutton Coldfield branch, but still, it feels exactly like its sibling. I love the historic, comfy lounge interior. Its difficult to extract from it. The staff are awesome. They deliver excellent quality coffee.
A coffee Chain serving great quality coffee. The staff are extremely friendly and the quality of coffee was really good. Was nice to be able to have two different options of coffee blend. The seating is really comfortable and nice relaxed atmosphere. It is great that they serve a gluten-free and dairy free cake option ( black currant crumble ) and lots of other gluten-free and and vegetarian options. Would be great if they had more options for gluten and dairy free or vegan cakes/biscuits.
Was served very quickly and service with a smile. Will definitely be visiting her again.

Nice coffee and beautiful chocolate orange cake. Clean and welcoming. Price was OK for an independent cafe. I would recommend a visit. Parking is an issue.

Friendly service we had a really warm welcome and it tasted absolutely amazing and we will definitely be coming back. We had the chai latte and the mint choc frappe and they are options we will pick again.
Stylish place, elegant, feel at home. Excellent expresso coffee, delicious cakes, friendly and welcoming staff. Busy at lunch times! Still stylish in September 2022. Old Wood tables and chairs and sofas of different designs. Lovely cakes and savouries, and teas and coffee. Sunday afternoon live music session ..2 - 4.30. Classical and modern guitar, as well as accordionist who plays those lovely French songs and the tango... As well as someone who plays ukulele and sings songs. Entertaining. February 2023. Still as good as ever. It is now used as a work space. A few people are sitting at tables with laptops. April 2023. Still as good as ever. Very stylish place. Update 29 June. Still as good as ever. Update 8 September.. Still as good as ever. May 2024 Still as good as ever. New different cakes, like Raspberry Roulade. Speciality espresso coffee. Lovely staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Only ever had takeaway coffee but a good quick friendly service (even when busy) and delicious coffee. Always seems popular and cosy but quite low ceilings could be loud for some.
Haven't asked but taken dog into order and take out while on a walk. Which is better than some places that shall not be named.

Such a lovely coffee shop. Atmosphere is nice and everyone is just relaxed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffees and cakes are yummy... and the free coffee granules for the garden are fabulous.
Every time I come here I am welcomed with a smile and helpfulness. Today it was Abdul, but I can't fault anyone here during the last year that I have been intermittantly working from the coffee shop. They are busy, professional and very attentive.
I encourage others to enjoy their space here in Kings Heath. I have loved the coffee, toasted sandwiches and cake to break up my day.

Lovely coffee shop, a oat cappuccino is more than £4 now though, for a standard size, so it's a bit over priced.
Went to coffee #1 today as its one of my favourite places.The staff as always were very friendly welcoming my mum brought a white hot chocolate this was my first time trying this drink. I wasn't too keen and they very kindly topped it with coca hot chocolate power. All three members of staff couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend this coffee shop. a big shout out to Abdul, Carly, and Shell. Saturday 3rd September
