Birmingham's hidden gem...... Amazing food I would definitely recommend the full Irish breakfast, The staff were very welcoming with superb customer service.
The journey was definitely worth it and it also gets my son's seal of approval!!
Tucked away right out of sight. I wouldn't have known about this place if not for social media. Excellent fresh tastyfood , clean premises, polite helpful staff, reasonably quick /prompt service. Location is not the best but I would happily eat here every day if what I had yesterday is anything to go by. I had the Irish breakfast with coffee. It was approx 10-11am. 100% would recommend.
I'm so glad I found Lath's on Uber Eats. I've been missing a roast dinner and sometimes I don't want to cook! We always go large on the roast dinners, and the box comes super full. The one pictured is the pork which was delicious!
I'm confused as to why lamb isn't on the Uber Eats app as I know they do it. Also an option for extra yorkshires and gravy would be amazing.
Also sad they close so early as dinner time would be cool also!

The food is always cooked to perfection everything I’ve tried is to a good standard, it’s the only cafe around I know of that does an Irish breakfast! And the apple pies make you not want to move afterwards. The women behind the counter whom I assume is Kathy is very friendly but not over bearing makes everybody smile. The cafe is very homely and as I’ve already said you don’t want to leave afterwards. The only downside is the cafe is popular and mega busy all the time so make sure you ring first!

Had the Irish Breakfast and everything else was delicious, but the sausages were either cheap, or reheated from yesterday.

First time at Kath's yesterday. Lovely cafe staffed my very friendly and welcoming people - including Kath herself. Met with friends and had the full breakfast. Then drank tea/coffee for hours more as the conversation went on. Will most certainly be breakfasting at Kath's again.

Didn't even know it was there but a friend of mine took me. Well the place was spotless. Choice of food was great. Breakfast came out and all three of us devoured them. Really recommended trying it.
This place Always delivers brilliant standards, we don't live in the area but when we want a full English this is where we come to.
Wish people would bare in mind that this is a popular cafe with a lot of customers so can often be busy, so therefore will occasionally be a little wait for the food.
In my opinion its always well worth the wait.
I fact we are getting in the car now to come and have a feast.

There’s a reason that Kath’s is so highly rated, well there’s a few, and I could write many words about the place but I will be concise and just say it’s the best place to get a wonderful English or Irish breakfast in the city in my opinion.
