The service industry is very friendly and the environment is also very good. I recommend this restaurant when waiting for your flight!
Main/only problem is with the prices but that's to be expected given the location is at an airport.

The Birmingham Airport Giraffe was very pleasant. I was greeted promptly and with a smile, service was on point, food and drink delicious. I had the chicken tacos with fries and the pomegranate iced tea. Yum!
Stopped here for breakfast before our flight to Amsterdam. Service was quick. Staff were friendly and asked if we had any allergies. The breakfast was fantastic. Although the scrambled eggs looked a bit runny they tasted fantastic. Really enjoyed the food. Will definitely eat there again.

Loveliest staff in an airport ever! It’s quite spacious and good range of food. Besides the burgers & pub food, I want something a bit more healthy so this is the only choice. This is the start of my holiday. Once I get through all the baggage stuff, checking in and security it’s lovely to sit down here and get a coffee and a breakfast. The staff are very helpful and efficient. The food is very good and always served with a smile. It’s a really nice place to unwind ready

We ordered the big English breakfast and the giraffe brekkie hash. Food was hot. The hash brown and mushrooms was a little over cooked . So 1 star lost for that but it Came super quick. Only down side is the breakfast doesn’t come with toast so you have to pay £3 extra for it. Service was good left
Lovely way to start our holiday. Very spacious, friendly atmosphere. Very quick service. Lovely hot food, served quickly - meaning there was no rush before our flight. Very friendly staff, to both us and our children. Would always go here pre-flight now - top service. Thank you.
