Service was very good although it was only a quarter full. Food was really good as well.

I thought the bolognese was quite good for the price as it is only £8 something if you get an adult bolognese and £7.95 for a kids' bolognese (which includes dough balls and ice cream).
The chicken strips starter tastes fine but is not worth the price as the portion is incredibly small (3 tiny bits of chicken), and the price is quite high at £8.25
The ice cream with strawberry sauce was absolutely delicious! 🍧
Food was tasty and the service was pleasant. The one thing that lets this place down is the atmosphere. It was rather cold inside and very noisy. Apart from this can't really fault it so a solid 4 stars. Just be mindful that it may not be ideal for a relaxed quiet lunch!
Excellent restaurant...Have eaten here many times over the years and would recommend to anyone with the consistent level of quality and service from the staff.
Today was our second visit to this Pizza Express. We popped in today for an early lunch before heading north (home). The whole experience was a 5 star rating as far as we were concerned. Service, food and atmosphere just the same as last time, maybe even a little bit better today. Thank all of you that working there today. A great start to our journey back home…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pizza Express Harborne its managed by great people and the staff are so friendly, nothing is an issue, smiles all round. Big thanks to Tia, Emma and Milena the managers and the hardworking pizza chefs and serving staff.
Had a brilliant experience at Pizza Express. The manager was ever so polite and very attentive. The staff were also patient with us as customers, went through the menu and explained anything that we were unsure about. Food was delicious and overall, the service was next to none.

Had a kids school leavers do , orders were pre booked however when we arrived there was a massive kuffafle. It didn’t go to plans . Some orders arrived and others didn’t . Parents received their food before some of the children. Pizza was incredible. I had the garlic prawns thin based and would definitely order again . Decor was superb along with the atmosphere. No parking facility. Free after 6pm on the road .
Our waiter Saj was most helpful and very patient throughout the entire time we were there , so thank you Saj .
Been going to the Harborne branch for years, the staff are always attentive and friendly and food is constantly delicious. Restaurant itself is cosy and with clean/fresh décor. Don’t hesitate to go here - a full 5 stars from us!

Great service as always from Raffaele. The starters we had were nicely presented and the pizza was very filling. A lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant today.
I've not really been to pizza express before, and can say I enjoyed the experience. The food was hot and tasty, the service was top notch from the friendly waitress. The only negative points I have is that it was quite cold inside and the coffee wasn't as good as I'd expected. Other than that it was a nice 🍕 and I would return here again in the future.

Children’s party crushed this morning. All stops pulled out to make it work after some booking problems. Well organised all the same and executed with charisma.
