Definitely different from the other dessert places. Competitively priced and everyone was very helpful. Prompt service and even though it was busy me and my family were greeted, seated and served with a smile. The place has nice decor and well presented. Toilets were clean considering how busy they were and overall the hygiene was top notch. Desserts with a positive twist and all tasted fresh with a personal touch. I didn't know the 'chef'/'patisserie' guy had been on TV and was a finalist on the show, until we were there and my wife mentioned it. After speaking with the manager he told me about a new menu that was in the pipeline. Really enjoy this new fusion cooking that hasn't really gripped Birmingham yet, but with places like Artisan really pushing the boundaries, hopefully we Brummies will appreciate the finer qualities in fine dining as opposed to concrete cake and custard. It is one of the best dessert places I have been to this year (there have been a few) and will definitely be back at some point to try their afternoon tea sessions.
Amazing dessert, had the rose court which was divine. Service was good, was given a run through of all the yummy desserts on the menu,the desserts a very different from other places,very friendly, shahid was very helpful and polite, place is relaxing and comfortable. Definitely coming here again and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We were there today. The two young lads served us was polite and friendly. The dessert was amazing!!! The best on ladypool road (probably Birmingham) without doubt.
I had the oriental themed one and the middle eastern one. It was well made, full of flavour and taste, not just sugar and cream and waffle like most other places.
It's more like a fine dining experience.
The shop layout, setting, service & desserts are 5 � stars!
This was our 1st time as a birthday treat for my son who waited over a year to come here �. The only thing disappointing was the ‘Mughal Kheer’.. Totally runny & distasteful �.
I really wanted to come to artisan for a long time, although it opened half an hour after it should have, I waited because I really wanted to try it out, staff were very nice service was very good and accomodating, also they have seated upstairs which was also very nice, I love the presentation of the food, the desi tea was also very nice.

Can't get enough of the creations this place has to offer!! Mind blowing desserts that you'd never dream of eating on Ladypool Rd ! The signature fudge sundaes are to die for �. Just try it and you'll know what I mean. Keep up the good work Ali !!
Order a Choco Dome, which was really amazing and tasty. Would highly recommend the Mojitos aswell. The Sensational Waffle was also nail on the head as they say.
Had chocolate dome, strawberry waffles and cookie dough and everything was nice. Crumbles with waffles tasted nice. Potions and prices are reasonable. Nice ambience. Quick order served and nice customer service. Lots of variety on menu
Beautiful and harmonious atmosphere, loved the service as well as fresh, delicious and outstanding and eye catching designs of the desserts.
Customer service could be better as server tried his best but had not much idea about the menu as he was very new to the job and kitchen clearly didn't brief him with unavailable items. They no longer had items on menu and told only after taking the order which happened twice so had to keep changing order. Other than that the food was amazing and tasted great.
Stunning desserts. Massive portions and I had to share. Fresh fruit with lovely icecream flavours and not boring vanilla strawberry and chocolate. Gutted I didn't take a photo. Lovely customer service, very friendly and polite staff. The decor is beautiful but is under refurbishment, so it will be interesting to see the new look. Can't wait 💕
Absolutely love this place, I've been here quite few time now, the staff are so friendly, understanding and the service is just perfect there's no faults at all. Recommended you guys come there
I don't have a sweet tooth, but I can say if you want a luxurious dessert I think this place beats every other dessert place. This place looks pretty, and you can tell they use highest quality ingredients because it doesn't taste cheap.. My friends are very picky and there was no complaints from them, they loved it. I got the apple crumble and it was really nice just didn't like the ice cream that came with it lol previously back in 2018, I got the chocolate dome and it was delicious, you get to drizzle the chocolate onto the dome and it melts ahh, so pleasing lol. The way they serve you the dessert is also aesthetically pleasing to me.
Recently had a cuppa desi chai, really enjoyed it, amazing atmosphere and great customer service. Definitely will be back for desserts 👍🏻😋
Delicious desserts, great interior. Highly recommend the rose cake, delicious, comes with a side of pistachio ice cream, crumble, and rose petals.
The desserts in this place are so unique compared to other places like Jam Jar and Ice Stone Gelato. They have a selection of tarts and pies and also the usual cookie doughs. The environment is also really great with very sophisticated settings and nice seating areas. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 starts is because the prices are quite expensive for a dessert so if you’re with only 1 person you end up paying around £25 for 2 desserts and 2 drinks.
Nice dessert place with decent service. The chocolate domes here are really nice and can be customised to your liking! Menu’s are a little on the older side and could do with upgrading.
Lovely desert restaurant, staff on site was welcoming and got us a table on walk in. The restaurant is nicely decorated, the tables and chairs were clean and comfortable. The menu was a nice little booklet, unfortunately half the menu was not available, menu was marked with crosses in deserts they were not serving. I won't give them negative marks for this as I understand some ingredients/stock has been difficult to order due to the covid situation. We ordered a fruit tray and chocolate waffle. Both came in good time with our coffee and mint tea. The mint tea was not great, the coffee was nice. The deserts were what was expected, the waffle was soft and fluffy. The ingredient was fresh and tasted superb. A good visit, worth the wonder if you're feeling desertyy
Just popped in for a quick coffee after looking at the menu I was sold. So ended up ordering the strawberry cheesecake bake with cafe latte, in general coffee was great, dessert was nice but not the best, due to taste.
Staff were friendly, customer service was good, place did seem alittle tight we sat upstairs on the first floor. Overall great experience would love to come back and try something different
The waiting staff were friendly and efficient, apologetic for missing something off the order and quickly managed to get it to us (no discount applied 🙁)
Deserts were all delightful and definitely unique and presented very well. (In hindsight I should have taken pictures)
The only reason that I couldn’t score it a 5/5 was solely due to the fact that the ceramic ware that the deserts were served to us on and in were all badly worn where they were chipped around the edges. (see attached pictures)

I just want to shout out all the staff here for making my daughter’s birthday one to remember. We all had a good time and the desserts were amazing. Thank you for looking after us and checking on us. The cleanliness and design of this place was 5*. We will be back again! xx
Really nice place to get cute pictures but unlike other dessert places they didn't compromise on quality. We ordered crepes and I got the rainbow jenga mocktail. Service was amazing too, would like to visit again.

In the picture is the Hazelnut Heaven cake and the white chocolate heaven cake. And a standard cream cake. All these items were delicious and amazing. The service at this place is always on point and I have been coming here for the last few years. No complaints 👌🏻👌🏻
