I have tried bubble tea from multiple different shops in different parts of the country, but Twist bubble tea is by far my favourite! It's the mix of jellies and bubble toppings and the lovely flavours of the fruity tea that makes it taste so good, and I'm glad it's so close to home. I'm in Twist whenever I have chance, and the staff are all so lovely and friendly which just makes the whole experience even better. I've recommended it to all of my friends and would also recommend Twist to anyone who is looking to try bubble tea for the first time :)
Lovely service as always. A nice chat with the girl working. Got big smiles from her and the bubble tea was amazing � Still a must have for me everytime I visit Birmingham; absolutely the best place in the city for a refreshing drink, frozen yoghurt, comfy seats and wifi. It is a clean place with lovely art on the blackboard on the wall. Highly recommended �

It's been over a month since we visited birmingham, but this place was absolutely awesome. When we visited this time there were two amazing girls serving playing loads of anime soundtracks and anything we requested and we ended up staying there about 2 hours whilst it rained drinking 2 or 3 bubble teas (I now really like having the it hot). We went the next day and sadly it just didn't have the same vibe. There was no music and just one guy on who looked so sad and lonely. We didn't stay as long but the tea was still amazing. Will visit EVERY time I go Birmingham. Please open one in Northampton <3 xx
The best bubble tea in the country. The flavours are amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They welcome you in and treat you like family.

I have been to do many bubble tea shops and this one is a firm favourite. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Anywhere that recognises a Ghibli t-shirt deserves my custom :-)

Good location in Birmingham centre across from Wagamama. Typically quite quiet during the days. I came here a year ago and absolutely loved the blisscoff taiyaki but everytime I've come back, they say they only have the small ones - but they are good as well, just not what I was hoping for. The bubble tea is great and doesn't take long to get served. Although there is typically only one worker, they are very sweet and friendly. Would recommend for a sweet treat, especially teenagers but not so suited for adults that want to sit in.

Bubble tea is always good and the owner is so friendly. Great little seating area outside too, and there's usually a table free.

Absolutely amazing service every time I go in to order, tables always clean and floor always swept, delicious drinks and food menu and staff always friendly, polite and hard working! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill place to relax and the taiyaki is delicious! I always order the same drink (strawberry fruit tea with mango bubbles) and it's always delicious! I'll never go anywhere else!
Lovely place with lovely people, used to spend all day at twist when I had nothing to do and as a photographer/ graphic designer, it's a great place to chill and do work. The staff are super friendly and you can easily have a nice conversation with them if the shop is quiet. Would recommend for people who like bubble tea, frozen yogurt or taiyaki!
This cafe is great if you’re a bubble tea lover. I think the prices are very reasonable as you get three toppings with every drink. Good variety of bubbles & other toppings. Staff are friendly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the service was a little slow when I visited, but I think one of the staff members had just popped out briefly so that might be why. Will definitely be visiting again!
Daughters favourite bubble tea shop. She likes it. Lots of different flavours, with star and ball shaped "bubbles" added. Makes a refreshing change but it is quite expensive. The people running it seem nice enough and they run a loyalty card scheme which does seem to make her want to go back...
