Great welcome and hospitality by Tony Food was cooked as instructed (wanted korai to be spicy). Tony recommended us to go for deal which turned out to be good one and economical as well. Basically just moved into Birmingham….tried Biryani and Chicken Korai first time and it was worth it. Totally recommended

Honestly, this was the first time i came to the restaurant and it will definitely not be the last. The staff are welcoming, friendly and amazing! The food takes a little while to come but thats because everything is cooked fresh to order. And it was worth it! Definitely recommend!!

Great service and all staff are friendly. The best naan bread I've ever had! Fluffy with a bit of crisp on the edge! Value for money. You get more for what you pay for! No pictures because I dived into the food so fast!

This has been my go to place for many years. Food is always on point and the service from Zak and the team is immaculate. This is an absolute gem of a place. By looking at the reviews it seems we all have the opinion of this establishment.

Used Imani’s for a takeaway for the first time. I ordered a chicken tikka masala and byriani. It must have been 25 years ago when I last had a byriani. I have had many curries along the way. So as I had eaten at this restaurant before and had excellent flavoursome food I tried it out. It did not disappoint! The taste was excellent. Presentation was excellent and it turned up on time and hot. Thank you for a wonderful meal made with care.

I’m particular about Indian food; it has played an integral part of my social upbringing. Now, approaching the latter stages of my culinary adventures I do expect a lot. I expect it done differently or expect it to be prepare amazingly well. Gone are the days when, as a student, I’d rock up with my mates to a curry house in lady pool road. We’d order pappodoms (a word, much like many dishes on the menu, spelt in a variety of flavours) and feast on a Chicken Tikka Madras, Pilau Rice and a table Nan. Great times that they were. Imani ‘s approaches traditional British Indian food the old school way. It approaches it with a level of service that brings a smile to the face and sees loyalty from its customers in return. This has the way it’s been for generations of Brunmies. The food is good, the service is special. May traditional family oriented Brummie curry house live on.
