Just had an unbelievable meal at Aidan’s Dining Experience in Sion Cocktail Bar....incredible chef, great service and food to die for...we’ll be back �
We’ve been meaning to try this for a while...we should have come sooner. Really good quality seafood. Excellent atmosphere. Friendly staff. The whole meal was thoroughly enjoyed by me, my hubby, and our girls. Thank you for a lovely evening :-)

Attended for a hen party with 30 ladies, the food was served hot, tasty and excellent presentation.

Ordered meals through Deliveroo and honestly, it's amazing.
Food here is excellent. Really good quality and delicious. I like the twists on traditional Caribbean meals. I visited recently with a friend and we had 3 small plates for starters to share, a main each and two sides each. It was plenty of food and we had some to takeaway. The desserts are nothing to shout about. It would be good to see more options available. I would recommend this venue, great for a lovely dinner.
Downsides:
The decor is nice though the toilets are run down and freezing cold. The service isn't amazing for a fine dining venue, though food does arrive in good time.
Parking is usually OK unless there is an event held at Legacy CoE next door then the car park is full and you'll need to find a side street.

Took my wife there for her birthday and it was the best decision I made. Great atmosphere lovely service and even better food. Highly recommended.

Its my birthday was a treat from my children. Ambience perfect music in the background soulful. Company the best! Food tasted out of this world Lamb Cutlets Superb & Korean Buttermilk Chicken Wings also Crispy Breadfruit Mmmmm
Overall we had a great time here, the food was delicious and the cocktails tasty.
The service was very quick and attentive, however I felt like the lighting was a bit harsh and didn't fit the vibe.
I had a lovely time dining at Adian’s. Food was extremely fresh with good portion sizes. Was definitely filled especially after the fantastic crumble. YUM 😋

5 Star dining! I am quite a fussy diner but I have to say I was blown away by the food. It was all so tasty and very well presented. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve had. 100% recommend and can’t wait to visit again
Was here for a birthday celebration. There were two menus a la carte and a main menu as well as a drinks menu. Drinks to chose from were ok but could have been a nicer choice. Cocktails were mainly rum based, which were ok for me. We opted to chose from the a la carte but we only had main courses. Portions were a nice size.
I chose the Coconut Fusion Duo of seabass and king Prwans which was delicious and came with a side of white rice. I would have liked a dessert but the choice was what I can have at other restaurants.
I have been following Aidens on instagram for quite some time and I have eaten his food when he was at another restaurant some years ago and that was fantastic. I have seen what he has been creating so was hoping for that. Hoping these new and exciting dishes will be on the menu soon.

Our family had the pleasure of celebrating my Dad's 80th birthday there last night (15/03/24).
Before the event I had to contact them several times to make little changes and to ask for information and each time it was a great experience.
On the night we had a great welcome by the waiting staff and our coats taken (22 people including children) and nothing we asked for was any trouble.
We were served their buffet option due to the size of our group but this was no less that what is offered on their a la carte menu.
The taste and quality of the food was excellent. Absolutely fantastic. My Dad is a fussy Jamaican man and he was so happy with his meal as were the rest of the family.
The food was plentiful, hot and served to us by lovely staff again. Drinks were brought to our tables and no request was too large. We also got to take all the remaining food home with us which is almost unheard of when you go to a restaurant.
So, thank you to everyone at Adian's for a wonderful evening celebrating and for your fantastic service and delicious food. We will be back 1000%!!
First time my friend and I tried Adians Tropical Dining to celebrate our 60th birthday. We were impressed decor, also with the service; the waitress was very helpful with her advice on the meals: the cocktails was lovely, and the meals we had was absolutely delicious. We return with our partners and family members. Glad we chose Adian' Dining to celebrate our birthday.
Really nice food was pleasantly surprised with here nice forest decor comfortable chairs good customer service forgot I was in the ghetto (Best place I've eaten in a while) recommend the lamb chops will be coming again 100%
Adian's hosted our mum's birthday dinner party. They were very accommodating and communicated effectively over messages and calls even outside of hours. The staff were so helpful and understanding. It is nicely decorated and accessible for all. Although no one was available to greet us at the door, the staff were approachable and friendly.
I would encourage more variety in vegetarian and vegan dishes especially within the buffet as meat and fish eaters have more options. Our guests were mostly pleased with their food. They had hoped for dessert to be included in the buffet price as we were not permitted to bring and cut cake for the birthday celebration.

Fantastic food and service, especially loved the surf and turf. The only drawback was limited parking, but the overall experience was truly delightful.
The best food I've ever had at a restaurant. Everything was excellent - the food was beautifully cooked with wonderful flavours and presented delightfully. The drinks were also fabulous. Was a phenomenal experience and will have repeat visits from me.
The chef was 10/10...michelin standards, and the lady serving us was also awesome. Great staff!

Honestly, this restaurant deserves a Michelin Star! Me and my husband had a date night at Adian's Tropical Fusion. The music was relaxing, not loud. The food was better than the Shard in London whete we'd eaten on Tuesday! You know when you see people on TV really savouring the food and you wonder if it really tastes that good? Well, this food gives you that exact feeling, where you close your eyes and savour every mouthful! I can tell you that it is DELICIOUS.
The beef ribs were tender and succulent, full of flavour. The breadfruit was sweet and melt-in your-mouth. The prawns were slightly spicy and delicious with a coconut sauce. I had the lobster tail with Rice and peas, my husband had sea bass and prawns which were mind blowingly superb.
I can't overstate this little venue, I will be eating here many, many more times.
I would like to commend the staff, they were friendly without being familiar, they knew their food and were able to advise in a very helpful and knowledgeable way.

Visited this place recently to celebrate my brothers birthday. From arrival, the woman on reception was polite, friendly and attentive. She took our order all 5 of us drinks, starters and mains. Bearing in Mind we are a fussy family with various specifications; she memorised it all and got everything spot on.
There was quite a wait for the food to arrive but when it did I was impressed! The presentation of the food was beautiful, the portion sizes were extremely generous, the quality, the taste, the variety of flavours in the range of sauces they offer were 10/10
We all ordered differently yet everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I would describe this place as a modern twist on traditional Caribbean food, with attention paid to presentation
By far the best Caribbean takeaway in Birmingham. The only critique I would give is the location because if this was in the city centre, they would probably have to expand because they'd be fully booked everyday.
Looking forward to returning again several more times.

Oh my goodness me what an amazing place and what a wonderful find the menu was varied and the food was delicious and the new rum was outstanding. We were greeted beautifully and it was great to have good advice when it came to menu choices thank you so much for such a lovely evening we will be back and already with told our friends all about your beautiful have a gorgeous Sunday
Very quiet night but atmosphere was very relaxed. Staff were friendly. Food was beautifully presented, but also tasty and hot!
