My favourite coffee place in Birmingham
Sammy and Jack at the coffee shop are absolute gems! I've never experienced such incredible customer service anywhere else. They're always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit an absolute pleasure. Their warmth and professionalism truly set this coffee shop apart. Unfortunately, I'll be moving offices soon, and I know I'll miss my regular visits here. Sammy and Jack, thank you for making each trip to the coffee shop a highlight of my day!
Excellent customer service, I ordered the deluxe hot chocolate and she told me its not suitable for halal/vegan diet, gave me the deluxe hot chocolate with biscuit crumbs and chocolate chip's and whipped cream. Lovely cage with a lovely atmosphere and excellent customer service. 100% recommend
Dear management, Thanks to a man called Tom who works here.. I experienced favouritism today for the first time at a cafe. I can’t tell you exactly how it happened as all other customers will complain that they don’t get the same awesome treatment. ☺️ Tom needs promoting right now. Thanks.
Usually I don't write reviews,but the people who work at this place deserve six stars. Very kind and pleasant. Coffee is great, and the velvet cupcake are simply delicious. A must stop while visiting Birmingham.
Really good coffee shop, I had Tea as thats what I prefer and the tea was great. The Halloween crunch I had also was amazing. Breakfast burrito was tasty and would recommend highly. Friendly staff, service excellent and happy to answer questions.
Popped in just for a coffee, which was amazing, and bite too eat. Very friendly staff and brought my tray over as ordered a sausage bap as well. Recommend the great selection of cakes and drinks

First experience here to do some studying! Loved it, staff were super friendly and coffee was creamy and delicious! App and collection of stamps didn’t work annoyingly but will be back again! Thanks guys, great job.
Great local coffee house that is part of a large chain but you'd never know it as the decor is quirky and the staff give a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fruit smoothies are great if you don't fancy a hot drink and they cater (food and drink) for various dietary requirements too so it really is a place for everyone. Often come here for informal meetings as it is located in the business district.
Really nice coffee shop, if had time to sit in and relax I would have. Very nice relaxing vibe to the place, mellow lighting, plenty of space. Main thin coffee is spot on and pastries 🍰 👌 had the blackcurrant crumble.
Loved this coffee place. First for all, great space. There’s lots of seating and space, and there’s a great homely atmosphere. They have books and games for you to enjoy if you want. We got two cappuccino, one smooth and one strong as they offer two types of beans. We enjoyed both of them. They serve sandwiches and snacks and a wide range of other drinks. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend.
The apple crumble slice warmed with the whipped cream was the best cake I’ve ever eaten. Polite service too
