Food was very good staff very friendly service was excellent they even have a cake š° shop downstairs!! Definitely recommend a trip to this restaurant x
The decor needs sorting (But I suppose it's current state is its charm). The toilet needs seriously sorting cause I felt I was in a cleaning cupboard.
The lady that served us was so lovely and friendly and well spoken English for a Chinese lady.
The food was amazing coudlnt fault it. Filled me up for the whole day and of course the noodles were sssssooooo gggoood and I got loads of king prawn for the great value for money.
Would recommend ļæ½
My friend Lai-Yin took me for Dim Sum. It was the first time I had tried it and I really enjoyed it.
There was a great selection, all competitively priced. The Service was very fast and efficient.
The Dim Sum themselves tasted really nice, made with good fresh ingredients.
I also liked the decor and space inside the restaurant and would definitely recommend it for an authentic Chinese experience!
Dine there once every couple of months for the last 15 years. Changed management three times and the food and service still first class. Love to treat friends and family there. Never fail to impress :=))
The restaurant was lovely inside. The quality of the dim sum was great and a huge choice from menu to choose from š

Best choice of food, you couldn't go rough, place is very nice, service too.
Parking just outside, perfect!!!.
Fantastic, friendly service, not rushed, superb food, will go again.
Best dim sum in Birmingham! I come here all the time.
Fantastic food as always, good service. China Court is our number one when we're in Birmingham.
Very nice food good service staff is friendly I love it
My favorite China Restaurant in Birmingham ļæ½
The best dim sum Iāve had so far in the UK, even better than in London. We ordered 8 dishes and it cost us only 25Ā£ each. The portion was just right, and the filling especially the prawns were hearty. I donāt know what to recommend in particular, but if you look at my photos, you can order them all and wonāt be disappointed!
Great service, beautiful decoration, clean toilet!
I queued around 1045am on a sunday , there were quite a lot people queuing before the restaurant start. The deep fried croquette which is made of taro and deep fried savoury croquettes are quite nice! Yet , fried soft noodles is not the one I had in Hong Kong
You canāt go wrong with Peking Duck at a Chinese restaurant. The duck was so juicy and the skin was crispy just the way I like it. Sauteed veggie dishes were too oily and spicy for me so I wouldnāt recommend them. The chicken had an eastern medicine taste to it which I did not care for. The tea was amazing after a cold day in Birmingham though!
Firm favourite for locals and visitors to the Birmingham's Chinatown. Being on the first floor not only gives guests an elevated view of the Bull Ring area but also a bit of exercise to burn off some calories.
Authentic Cantonese cuisine and very reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised to see the bill after enjoying multiple traditional dim sum dishes, the bill was less than Ā£25 between two of us. The same amount of food would have been well over Ā£30 per head in London or most Chinese restaurants on the south coast.
located in city centre
very easy to access to yummy Chinese Dim sum
lots of common food variety option
very satisfying
Great dim sum restaurant in the middle of Birmingham, reasonable prices for good and authentic food. The waiters can sometimes be too busy but the experience is good during off-peak times. Also note that some dishes are unavailable on Thursday and Friday since the dim sum chef is away
Food was very very tasty and staff were very friendly!!! Food also didnt take too long to come out despite them obviously being quite busy :D
Very authentic Cantonese food.
We ordered the set menu for four people, the food was well prepared and fast.
I've been here for dim sum too and everything is fresh and delicious. I'd recommend coming here for a more authentic dim sum/dinner situation if you want to try traditional Cantonese food :)
Loved the experienceā¦ the flavours were great and the food was amazing! Totally would recommend going to this place if you are in Birmingham! To be fair although I took the safest option and tried out the ones that I had an idea of, there are a variety of other choices you could try!!! The aesthetic and the vibes of the place are great too!
One of the best dim sum restaurants in the Uk. Authentic dim sums with great flavours and variety. However, the fried dim sums are not available on Thursdays and Fridays . Service was good and speedy. Overall great experience.
Always a treat to come here. Delicious dim sum and excellent service.
It was a busy Saturday that I went but it didnāt took 10 minutes before leaded to my table!
Even it was a busy day but the service is good. Food came quick as well! Tasted amazing n look amazing!
When ask to add hot water to teapot it is very quick.
Thanks for all other reviews. Founded a nearby parking with discount code as well!
Would come back again !
Very short wait for table just walked in no pre book nice freindly staff good food prompt service
Very spacious dining area and their menu comes in English and Cantonese plus the staff spoke both languages. Food was delicious and gave a very friendly vibe. Would highly recommend this place to get the authentic dim sum experience.
Authentic Canton food. If you want to Yum Cha with a reasonable price in Birmingham, China Court will be a wise choice.
Particularly nice dishes cooked fresh. Fillet Steak was actually steak. The portions are generous (one main each is plenty) all in all Good food and good service. Some may find it expensive but for the quality and service and setting itās worth it. Highly recommend
A great place to have exceptional Chinese food. To taste the best choose from the Chinese menu. I would not choose Cantonese classics but would go with adventurous and exotic dishes which are not common in run-of-the-mill Chinese buffets. the price is above average but the value for money is great since you get a lot of food for the money.
By far one of the best Chinese restaurants around. Seriously authentic. Excellent and genuine customer service with Cantonese and English spoken amongst the team. Food quality and speed of service is impeccable.
The food is what makes China Court really standout. The range of flavours and textures cooked in to every dish makes you want to work your way through the menu. The roast meats are always so succulent and vegetables are cooked perfectly.
If visiting Birmingham's China Town (or Brum city centre as a whole really) head to China Court for some Dim Sum lunch or heir dinner menu later in the night.
