Great dessert shop, good prices and there is a lot of variety on the menu. Its on Coventry Road so there is parking available on side roads. Been here many times and will continue to do so. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights so be warned
Really nice time with the family. Experience made better by the friendly service. Very casual and caring. The place was busy but felt very relaxed and comfortable. Drinks and desserts, no complaints. Fairly well priced.
Jamjar used to be AMAZING a fee years ago and jam-packed pardon the pun. We got there at 21:00 so it wasn't late and it was empty. Service was good and desserts arrived in a timely manner. Chai Latte was average. The cookie dough, brownie and mint choc chip ice cream was agreeable but the Biscoff ch
Went here with my husband to have dessert 🍨and coffee. Person who's name I didn't fully get, I think he said Ahmed, made us the best dessert ever. I had such a nice waffle after a very long time. Wasn't soaked in chocolate and was perfect with my perfect cup of latte. Very much appreciated. Will def
Good layout and has separate family/private booths. Plenty of space and friendly service. Only downside is that they don't sell ice cream cones for children to enjoy. Parking only on side roads. Recommended for family and friends.
Tasty desserts in an ideal location right next to numerous restaurants. 10/10 for presentation and decor, customer service was fantastic. We sat upstairs and they had mats for salat 🧎🏾‍♂️as well which saved us time as we were travellers.
One of the best dessert spots in Brum. Great desserts and friendly service. The interior and decor of the place gives it a nice vibe, American style. The have a good selection of desserts, decent portions and great taste. The also do teas and coffees. Prices are slightly high but well worth it
We had this ferroro richer waffle and it was delicious. We went on a fairly busy night and still managed to get the dessert without much waiting. Customer service was great. Along with dessert we had mint tea and cinnamon tea. We were not impressed with the cinnamon tea. It could have been brewed be

Excellent place for dessert. I only to went to one place for dessert during my two day stay in Birmingham and ended up coming here twice. Absolutely loved their mixed Cookie Dough. The staff were very polite, accommodating and attentive, they can't be faulted. Will definitely be coming back if I'm i
Really nice place, not high end but had no issue with that. Family friendly, it was great value compared to the prices that some places charge. Parking not easy around Coventry road but to be expected
My new friend from dubai first time trying this waffle they're absolutely love it.
A lovely 1st time experience in Brum! This place is good, I enjoyed my soft lotus cheesecake with Latte. Others had Sundaes & cookie dough and they all enjoyed their desserts.
Jam jars is like many of the desert shops out there they do cookie dough, crepes, waffle sundaes but they are great tasting and fresh with excellent customer service, I have only ever tried the cakes(strawberry and rocher cakes) and concrete cake with custard never disappointed best in brum in my o
Amazing Oreo and Lotus Biscoff Milkshake and the best flake waffle around Birmingham. Such friendly staff and time to be seated is very quick . Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!
Lovely smell and dessert to match. Mixed chocolate cookie dough for those that can’t decide... back to school menu doesn’t disappoint.. Milkshakes are decent at best Should be noted that it is cash only Would have given a 3 but the lad there gave me a good chuckle and gave 15% off :)
