The chilli beef was divine bursting with flavour and you can taste the beef! Sweet and sour chicken good quality chicken very tasty love the big chunks of pineapple again very tasty would prefer a little more batter on the chicken. Rice tasty didn't really try noodles, didn't want them but was forced to order sadly, staying in a hotel don't have access to forks. Overall exceptional quality very hot and good ingredients. Please keep the cold drinks separate to hot food. Banana fritter would be nice as a dessert and crispy seaweed added to menu. Overall highly recommended.
Staff are helpful and even suggested ordering online to get a discount at the time of ordering. Food was great and I'm sure I'll be back for more 😊

**UPDATE: The manager called me when I ordered a second time and was very apologetic which I appreciated. However, when the order arrived, they forgot our drinks and the food was very dry, hardly any sauce at all. Don't think we'll be coming here again that often, especially how much it costs.
Ordered from here last night using UberEats. i have been here a few times and has been great, however, last night, like always, I ask for no onions in my (because of allergies) and I ate it and found several onions inside. I was, and still am very sick from eating this.
i reported it to Uber Eats and they kindly refunded me for the meal. I was fine with this customer service and understand mistakes happen. However, I just received this message from I-Krave:
"Lucy, we do not put onions in the Katsu curry throughout the whole process and it is free from onion. You might have mistaken the potatoes for onions in the Katsu sauce. The food was cooked and dispatched with no delay but we do not have control over Uber drivers unfortunately if any delay during transit. Regards."
I am so upset because there was definitely onions inside as you can see in the photo. I think I know the difference between what a square, soft potato looks/tastes like in comparison to a crunchy, thin onion slice. All i needed was an apology, not a lie.
Always great favours, quality and service at i-Krave. If you haven't yet tried them, make sure you put them on your bucket list! Chinese food at its finest.
Ordered our takeaway dinner from here. The chicken teriyaki and fried rice were so delicious at an affordable price. Serving size was good enough with big portions. Service was fast. We did not wait too much as we got our meal in less than 10 minutes. We definitely recommend this place 👍👍👍
i-Krave is located at the rear of Broadway Plaza, next to the Domino’s Pizza. The portion sizes are generous & it is fairly priced. The menu includes the usual Chinese dishes. The cashier was friendly & my food was ready in no time. However, the food tasted a bit bland to me, hence 4 stars & not 5 stars.

Fresh, high quality ingredients, generous portion, paper based packaging, quick delivery (via Uber). Extremely impressed with this Chinese take away. I had the vegetable chow mien, which wasn't greasy like it can be from other establishments. Plus it contained a range of fresh veg. It was so good I ate all of the very generous portion! 😋

Service I’ve received today was atrocious. The manager left two unprofessional young females to run the business . Didn’t even check the iPad to see that online orders were coming through . I came to collect my order and the iPad wasn’t even on so they hadn’t even started my order ! Then gave attitude and a nonchalant response saying I’m gonna have to wait . When I asked for managers name they said I’m not giving that out as manager doesn’t want us to. So poor ! Bad business

This place has really good food, no matter what you choose from the Menu. Hajni, who is in the till will always welcome you with a big smile and very good attitude. She will serve you with smile from beginning to the end of your order. Ask her anything about the good, she will know the answer...
The chefs are very quick and the food is so delicious.

Ordered from here on the weekend - the food was very good and presented really well. Good vegetarian options, the delivery was also quick. The chips were slightly cold/undercooked but never the less, will definitely be eating there again! :)
I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed by i-Krave's beautifully cooked food, customer service and warm welcoming environment that it only felt right to do so. This place receives 5 Stars for me. The food was spot on. I normally feel really heavy after eating a Chinese food, but my dish was light and delicious. Excellent portion sizes which, as a bonus, comes in nice Tupperware, so if you can't finish you can take it home with ease. The customer service was great as well and me and my fiance felt a warm welcome on a cold and blustery day. Thank you to all the staff we will be sure to visit again on our next trip into Birmingham.
