Caffe Nero - Birmingham Waterloo Street - Birmingham - Photo album

I'm a semi regular on and off over the years. Nice staff that I've seen before. Same drinks and food I've had there or at other Nero's. Quite quiet now. Sitting in allowed again if you do Track and Trace or scan NHS QR code.
Great atmosphere. Smokey jazz soundtrack. On a rainy day when the windows are steamed up, feels like being inside a Hopper painting. Staff are mostly amiable, courteous and efficient.
Lovely cosy coffee shop. A lot quiter than the others in town and a more relaxed atmosphere. Always my first choice.
Fantastic, classy hangout looking out on the Xmas market. This shop attracts good quality people and is pretty much dumbo free. Usual delicious coffees with highly addictive cream atop. Yum! 🤤😋
Decent location facing St Phillip's cathedral and all the bars and restaurants. Staff are efficient but one member of staff whom serves me regularly doesn't say thank you when serving. A little more customer service/people skills would have gotten this place 5 stars.
This is my favourite coffee shop in Birmingham. When I lived in Birmingham, I'd come here two or three times a week. Those days are over now, but I make a concerted effort to visit whenever I'm in the city. It has a lovely, retro atmosphere, the staff are fairly intelligent and it's always possible
An amazing place to have cup of tea or coffee. I am big fan of coffee. Staff have smiles on their faces. Servicing everyone with smile. Cafe was nice and clean. Lot of sitting places inside the cafe. Only problem is to find parking spaces. I will definitely come back :) thank you
Friendly staff and quieter than the coffee shops on New St., which you can grab a seat, even a sofa seat. I like Nero coffee, so I'd pick over Costa and Starbucks. Nice view of the Cathedral band pigeon park too.
Usual Nero experience. Pleasant staff, clean, comfy seating (if 4 seats and 2 tables aren't took up by one person and their laptop!) Fresh, good tasting food. Nice hot coffee. Me and 2 mates shared a coffee and one of the best egg mayo sandwiches we've ever had. 2 other friends had chicken salad san
Visited today at 1pm, lady with the blue hair handled an incredibly rude customer well. Didn't deserve to be spoken to like that but she acted professional. Great service to us too, hope the rude man has a terrible day.
In fairness the store was only open for one more hour prior to closing for New Years Eve. Nothing left to choose from but we managed to get a hot drink and plenty of free seats. Under normal circumstances this would have been a much better experience.
It's quiet during the day here, it has comfy chairs and soft jazz plays quietly. Obviously Café Nero is a chain but they do serve nicer coffee than most chains and of the surrounding branches this is in my opinion the nicest Café Nero in the City center.
This s a lovely Cafe Nero set in the heart of Birmngham overlooking St Philip's Square with all the lovely trees Cathedral to look at as folk go by. A spacious cafe and comfy seating too. Go and enjoy.
My go-to café in the city centre. I've been coming here for years. The coffee is good, the food is as expected, the premises are clean and the staff are freaking stellar. They make the experience genuinely enjoyable. Well worth it for a coffee Miles better than starbucks
A weary traveller, I dtopped for a latte here. I chanced my arm, having a new suit on and feeling pucker, to ask a staff member go take a selfie of me, tip to toe and shiny, for my folks back home. They may as well think I'm doing okay. Wow, seems the girl is an amateur photographer at uni. who
