Al Faisals - Birmingham - Photo album

What a lovely classic place to eat. The staff are so helpful and attentive! They served us free pompadour and dips. The food was so yummy we couldn’t even finish the food. My second time visiting this lovely place and won’t be my last. 👍🏾
We were made comfortable the moment we stepped in. The owner's grandson was there and he was very helpful as I had some issues with my phone. Food was excellent, on time and really delicious. The ambience was calm, relaxing and enjoyable. The tea I had there was one of the best I had in months.
This was my first “eat out” curry back in 1982. I have been an infrequent visitor since - mainly as I live far away. The next generation of the family have taken the restaurant to the next level - still true to its roots but up-to-date. Great lunch and food had a Desi kick delicious 😋
We had the function room upstairs. So the atmosphere was not in the restaurant control. But it's very nice small function room. The food is good.
Great food, though the whole chicken was extraordinary dry. Probably a day or two cold, or maybe left on the grill for a tad too long. Food arrived in a timely manner. Servers were mindful and helpful! Al-Faisal's is our go-to place for a decent sit-down meal, and usually never a disappointment.
Booked a table very last minute for iftar with the family and service was amazing, had fruit and drinks to open our fasts with and food came very quickly, large portions, fresh and great prices. Amazing customer service will go again :)
Firstly, I want to start off by saying that the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Excellent service. One staff member took the time to talk to me as I was waiting for my associate to turn up. The atmosphere was brilliant. Beautiful interior and very clean too. Food was deliciou
We were greeted with papadoms and a variety of sauces including chutney, mango, pickled achaar. The large mix grill had a variety of meat with kebab, chicken, wings and lamb chops which were tasty. Tried the lamb karahi, chicken karahi and ghoust saag. All curries were flavourful with a decent amoun
Just had a delicious balti meal here. The best poppadoms and pickles ever and a delicious paneer Makhani and garlic naan bread.
Very nice balti and food. Great waiters. It would be great if the restaurant replaced Coke, Fanta, Appletiser and 7up with alternatives to stop supporting companies that support the genocide in Palestine. This would help their commitment to social responsibility.
Food was served very quick. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good. The decor and atmosphere was very relaxing. The whole place was spotless and fresh. Free car park across the road. 5 Stars
One of my long time favourites. Haven't come regularly for a long time but last night was as good as ever. Still run by the same family and, in fact, the father was in last night. He remembered us and was polite enough to come over and talk to us. Restaurant is run by the sons and it was good to see
We got there at 5 30 pm, so it wasn't busy. The staff was absolutely amazing, couldn't do enough. As for food, we had chicken taktak, aloo gobi, and mushroom curries. I personally was disappointed with the aloo gobi. There were three pieces of cauliflower, a few pieces of potatoes, and lots of sauce
