Caneat - Birmingham - Photo album

A very lucky find indeed. We had time to kill and looked at various places in the area. We were lucky enough to find this one. The food was great and very well presented. Great that it was busy. Great that kids were there too! A great experience for the whole family. I just wish we lived nearer!!
Visited for a quick brunch that turned in to a long wait for food to be served session. I should have asked how long was the food waiting time. 27 minutes later I got to enjoy my 7min eggs. Food was lovely and so was the atmosphere.
So the main issue is I kept eating, I was so full but it tasted so good so I kept eating, the coffee was so nice so I kept eating, the atmosphere was chilled and relaxing so I kept eating. I'm too full now, I can never eat again but I'm glad my last meal was here because it was so god damm tasty!
Some of the best food in Stirchley. The menu changes frequently so you are always excited to visit and be surprised by the quality of food time and time again. The food ranges from toppings on sourdough all the way to standalone dishes. The coffee is great as well, and don't get me started on the ca
Absolute gem of a venue. I had some time to pass before meeting with a friend. I stopped in for a coffee, but I had a lot of time so I also treated myself to brunch. I ordered the house beans, and added black pudding, and sausage. In hindsight the dish was perfect and didn't need the sausage or bla
First time here. I thought it was awesome. Cute little Brunch Cafe. They have a back garden with seating. I like that they have books everywhere which I assume you can sit there and read. Great design and layout in there. The staff were friendly, smiles on their faces and professional. The menu is o
Great to eat at Caneat- busy on Sundays but worth it to wait. Lovely vibe out the back in their garden.
Definitely one of the best place to eat in Birmingham. The menu changes every week. It's smart cooking at its very best!! And the staff are absolutely brilliant!!
My go to brunch spot. The constantly updated menu keeps things interesting, and the food is always spot on. I wish they had wifi but I understand why they don't, it's always busy and having people work there would be too much. Love all the plants, just a great place! Go if you're around Stirchley.
I've been here twice and both times the food has been incredible and the coffee is proper too. The chef and batista knows their stuff. You will see a few people have been unhappy with how crowded it can get... It's crowded for a reason! Most of the time it's absolutely fine though and the staff are
There is a reason Caneat is packed out. The brunch selection is wonderful. The sourdough based offerings are sumptuous, zingy, combining a large range of complementary ingredients, with a touch of zest. Staff are super busy at lunch times, but still seem to keep their composure. The clean lines of t
Really nice food but slightly expensive
Delicious option for a brunch. Products are fresh, local and well prepared. Staff is nice and friendly. Few outdoor seatings available.
I’ve ordered a bircher without even knowing what that is... just wonderful, what ever you choose it’s a surprise, an experience. So looking forward for another one. Coffee is great as well.
Great food and service. Highly recommend it and definitely going back There is both indoor and outdoor seating for if it's a clear day.
This place does the BEST brunch. Amazing food, service, atmosphere and love the fact there's always something new on the menu to try. Cannot get enough of the 7 minute eggs/meal/on sourdough combo.
Absolutely delicious breakfast!! I had the hash brown with beans and greens and it was fantastic. They even altered it to be vegan. I'll definitely be back - highly recommend!
