Fantastic pub located in the city centre in the heart of the Villa, neighbouring China Town. A diverse mix of individuals can be found within the pub, due to it being being located near New Street Station and opposite the Hippodrome Theatre.

Great pub with some lovely food, we stopped off to have a drink and a snack before visiting the back to backs across the road, the prices were reasonable for the area and the chips are lovely.
I went here for drinks and food before a show at the theatre was a lovely atmosphere and bar staff was polite and attentive. Food was excellent! And drinks was reasonably priced overall a great pub to go to! Would deffo go again. Highly recommend
Great fun place to be for casual drinks or events from theatre district, brilliant atmosphere, great staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent selection of Gin, Ales and Lagers and bar tapas and full extensive menu, try and visit here every time I am in Birmingham now.Try it! Beautiful old style

This is a great little pub if you fancy having something to eat before going to watch a show at the Hippodrome , foods good too.

The Sly Old Fox is a lovely place to stop off and have a drink. We popped in just before our tour at Birmingham Back to Backs, which is located just over the street. The décor is quirky, the place is clean and the food is good.
Nice cosy place in town, about two mins walk from new street station and in China Town. Decent prices, quite a bit of seating. Can get quite busy and full. The music was a bit loud for us to have an easy conversation round a table, which was a bit annoying
Absolutely beautiful food. Never had a bad meal yet! You can tell all the meals are freshly made to order and none of this microwave stuff. The staff are lovely, friendly and will always have a chat with you and always welcome you with a massive smile. A testament to a well ran pub with perfect ales

We didn't book a table was served straight away. Food looked good and tasted delicious. The staff were great and helpful.
