A great location at Resorts World overlooking the lake. The food was delicious as always. The only negative for me is that it feels a bit overpriced, but it is a nice treat every once in a while.
Jessica, our waitress, was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and very attentive, noticing when my wife's refill drink was empty and refilling it. She was an absolute credit to the team.
Service is a bit slow, especially when waiting to be seated. Food average in comparison with their old high-quality food. Atmosphere is nice but dim, some tables got spot lights and other really dark.

At the NEC on business......visited TGI FRIDAYS with colleagues.
The service was excellent from the staff, BUT in particular DAVE who took our orders and gave us recommendations which turned out to be SUPERB.
Very impressed with everything on this visit....but mostly the GREAT service. Even spoke to the manager to make sure Dave got the recognition he deserved.

My service at TGI Fridays was incredible. Mia went above and beyond with her service and friendly attitude. Popped in for a drink and it was delicious. There is a waiting period at peak times but you can sit around the bar and order drinks. The customer service is excellent and you see a smile on everyone's face. Very diligent and professional
The place is equally enjoyed by adults and kids. You get a true American flavour in the restaurant and food.
This one is located at bottom floor with the entrance from outside the resorts world. You have good access to great scenery to sit outside if the weather is good.
Compared to restaurants of similar size and cuisines it could be tad costly for a family but its a must visit place for the experience.
Fantastic atmosphere, clean and welcoming staff. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table. Our table was clean and we'll presented. Our waitress was friendly and polite. She was prompt and informative about our food. The food was outstanding! The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and so were the ribs. The sesame seed chicken starter was so so tasty. Will definitely be going here again soon. Great food and great customer service.

Was nice place to eat before the concert we were going to. Service was excellent and food was usual TGI standard. Nice touch was playing Billy Idol tunes through the restaurant to get you in the mood for the gig.
I had a lovely experience in tgi Friday resorts world on 29/02/2024, my waiter Dave made me and my sisters experience the best we have had eating at this restaurant his customer service skills are exceptional and his personality shines through each time he passed our table.
We have booked a table on the Friday night. We got tge table and the serving it was okay. The food is delicious but tge music is far too loud 🔊. We could not really talk to each other.
Thats why only 4 stars because we felt that they want us to get out from there as soon as possible.
The place bit expensive. Lets's see these pictures. We ate bruschetta, avocado 🥑, nachos and vegan burgers with chips.
As my friend is vegetarian She asked how thet cook the food. They said tgey cook everything separately from the meat 🥩 even the chips.
I recommend it but only if you like loud music and fast get out service.

We ate at 7pm on a Friday. Our waitress kept on top of all of our needs, and was delightful and friendly without being overbearing. She gave us a good first-hand recommendation when a dessert wasn't available. Always a great sign when the staff have a favourite they have on their break!
Food was amazing! Festive menu was really good value and the cocktails were incredible!
