Today was the first time I had visited mad as a hatter, Iv been wanting to go for a long time now but as it’s a good distance from my house i hadnt got round to it. I booked up to bring my daughter for her birthday as a little treat and for something different. Rose was three but my eldest is 13 so there is a big gap but I can say that we all enjoyed it thoroughly and all the different age gaps were catered for well too. The ladies went the extra mile and spoilt Rose with extras such as a balloon and sweets. They didn’t have to do that I found them really kind and added a nice treat to our visit. The shop decor is fabulous. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit Thank you to you all 😁

I visited today with friends for the first time with a wowcher deal for afternoon tea and loved this cafe. It's so quirky, the food is delicious with really lovely mismatched crockery and the staff are really friendly. Our waitress Ginel was amazing with brilliant customer service skills. This cafe looks small from the outside but is like a tardis inside with the bonus of also being a gift shop. The cafe has only recently been taken over by new owners (in September) and I would definitely recommend visiting, the new staff are doing a great job.

Visited today. Amazing cakes & Quiche, staff were very attentive and helpful. The place was extremely busy, it had a great atmosphere and the kids loved it. Hot chocolate to die for! It's a place I would highly recommend.

Went here today as a 30th gift to have afternoon tea with soup for 2 people. Was absolutely delicious! We had pea soup to start with a lovely baguette roll and unlimited tea. Our afternoon tea was packed with tuna, cheese, ham and chicken sandwiches (Omg the bread was sooooo soft!) Followed with a lovely selection of cakes (the jam macaroons were amazing!) And giant hot scones with jam and clotted cream . All staff were super friendly and we were encouraged to have a look around the quirky tearoom to see all the marvellous Alice decorations. Loved everything about the place just wish I lived closer so I can come back more often! Couldn't rate any higher, fab place

Second visit today, first visit under new owners. Absolutely over the moon with how the new owners have turned the service issues around. I had made specific requests for my 11year old fussy eater the lady making the afternoon tea took a minute to come out front and ask her directly what she would be happy with. The whole afternoon tea was absolutely lovely and great value for money. The staff had added Halloween touches to the already fabulous mad hatter decor. Crafts were available for the little ones too. We finished our visit with a little shop at the beautifully crated goods for sale at the back of the shop. Thank you for making us so welcome and will be seeing you again soon. Xxx

Went to this fabulous establishment for a cheeky afternoon tea and it didn't dissapoint. The whole place was wacky and slightly potty as one would hope for in an Alice in Wonderland themed eatery, it was a rabbit warren of a cafe with little Wonderland themed areas stretching back for what seemed like miles! Great food, friendly staff and a definate must visit for any Alice fans.

We absolutely loved our afternoon tea. It was well worth the journey from Wolverhampton. The little Alice themed rooms are amazing. The food was great and the service was excellent. I enjoyed browsing the little gift shop at the back as well. We will definitely be back.
