Visited again Saturday night, best curry house around period, great staff, great food, great atmosphere been going here years and never had a bad meal wouldn't go anywhere else
Quite possibly the best curry I have ever eaten! Coupled by friendly staff & a warm environment whats not to love.
Get's very busy from Thursday to Sunday so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
We have been a few times over the years and had a number of takeouts and never had a bad meal.
Went on Boxing Day evening most recently. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious and they gave us a quieter table because we had our two year old with us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Indian food now.
Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, staff so friendly and helpful and food was just amazing!!! How anyone can leave a bad review is beyond me. I had a sit in meal with 3 mates in the week, food superb, hospitality excellent, then at the wk end had a take out for me & my wife, again food superb service excellent, this restaurant is 1st class

Simply the best Indian Restaurant around.The food is always consistently good, the staff and management are so friendly and welcoming and the service is excellent. The recent extension and refurbishment has been completed to a high standard and looks very smart and modern without loosing any of Monsoon's previous charm! Love the place!

An excellent restaurant for both eating in and take away. The restaurant is both licensed and air-conditioned. A varied menu and a friendly atmosphere make this a perfect venue to treat friends and family to some exceptional Indian cuisine. I can certainly recommend any of the dishes from the "Monsoon Collection".
I love their Mutton Rajestani curry. Almost as good as my mums lamb. Haha! Two of us went last Thursday greeted by wonderful host. They’ve taken care of us through our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Definitely going back!!
First visit with family. Order was taken and delicious food arrived, for two courses. Sadly we waited quite a time and had to ask for dessert menu but, no one came back to take our order.
Great restaurant. Really tastefully decorated and staff are friendly and efficient. Really good deal on Mondays and Tuesdays. Food is nice and its really worth a visit. Would definitely recommend.

Can't recommend this place enough to anyone who is in the area and wants to try a decent Indian. The food is really good, There's a lot of dishes on the menu that I've never seen and tried before, the staff are attentive and willing to go out their way to make your dining experience a little more special.
Like I said before I can't recommend this place enough. Whether you're from or outside Birmingham, you have to visit this place.
Always have a fab meal here. Staff are really friendly-thanks so much to the gent who looked after my son tonight. Food is always spot on also-great variety of dishes and really tasty. Definitely recommend!
Food here is great also enjoy the mocktail options for people that are choosing not to consume alcohol.

An amazing menu with some dishes I have not experienced before. Helpful, smartly dressed and friendly staff. The place was busy for a Tuesday evening and I could see why!
Some soft furnishings around the rooms would help to keep the ambient noise down which would make it a little more intimate and cozy but this was only a minor issue.
Food is beautiful 🤌🏻 Service is mostly brilliant and accommodating and atmosphere is fun, fresh and good for gatherings
New to this area and first time ordering from here, I simply searched "best curry house in my area" and Monsoon came on first on the search and yes can confirm it was the best curry I ever had never had quite like it before, had plain korma as can't handle spice very well, it was beautiful, delicious. Now the naan bread is something else too, tasted buttery and good taste. Had Bombay potatoes before always been spicey, however these bombay potatoes wasn't spicey at all which didn't matter as tasted real good, only downside was the chips as they wasn't crispy and golden like how golden bird used to do them from castle bromwhich but regardless best curry ever, you got new customer and will be ordering from monsoon again. Thanks for lovely meal.
Lovely warm and welcoming restaurant, staff are friendly service, food, presentation and hospitality is excellent. Place has a really nice atmosphere with a lovely lounge and our fort area. It’s been busy every time we visited.
My partner and I decided on a meal out & really fancied something spicy so we booked in here. We were not disappointed, fabulous food & good evening out. Tried the IPA beer. definitely good, only downside was don't share a crispy king prawn starter with the other half...... It's just too good to share !!
I recently returned to this restaurant after many years. If anything, the food is even better than I remember. The Masala fish starter was so good. Then I had Rajistani mutton curry, which was very rich and tasty. I had a keema naan with the curry. Even that naan was at the top end for taste. It seems a bit mad to rave about a simple naan, but it really was that good.
Simply first-class, great food and the team are always welcoming and professional. Perfect for non-meat eaters, plenty of choice. My friends all say the lamb dishes are exceptional, as are the chicken ones. Well done folks - top notch
My favourite cuisine for miles.
The railway cabin chicken is so delicious and authentic, bit spicy, but lush. The pulled chicken dish is fantastic too less spicy though.
Decor is modern, nice bar, staff are attentive, have been there every week for years, never had a problem with food. No wonder my clothes are shrinking!

Found by chance our local takeaway was closed did know this was up the road really nice restaurant we had a takeaway free bottle of cobra for orders over £20 had a good chat with the staff it is wheel chair friendly so we are looking forward to our first visit 😀
