Breakfast at Giraffe in the station food court. We were the only diners this morning. I had toast with avocado and tomato, my companion had maple and bacon pancakes, very well presented, coffee was good and the gentleman that served us was indeed a gentleman . A good place to eat.
Rachelle was lovely from the moment we stepped up to giraffe. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered any menu enquiries we had. Checked back on us when our food arrived to see if everything was good and was very professional and really kind to us. Would come back again.
We had yesterday a very tasty breakfast served by Andy! All together :service, food, ambience were absolutely great.
Definitely 5 stars.
Today we came back and Tany is taking care of us. Very kind, professional, serving us the most tastiest breakfast we have ever had.

Interesting Asian fusion menu with some Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese.... food. Good thing they have all day breakfast. Prices not too high. Presentation looks amazing. The wings were delicious. The noodles pleasant. The duck salad was missing something. All together not bad of an experience.
I’ve looked at other reviews on here and it looks hit and miss. We went on a Tuesday lunchtime, originally we planned to go to the Pho Vietnamese Restaurant but after just standing there, being seen and not being acknowledged or seated we switched over to Giraffe Restaurant and straight away was greeted by a super bubbly and very nice young lady with yellow flowers in her braid, we were immediately shown to a nice table. We had an hour to our train and still got to the platform with time for the loo and minutes to spare. We only ordered small dishes from the menu and dirty fries side, we thoroughly enjoyed them. Would definitely return.
Rachelle was super friendly and professional. Made us feel really comfortable and enjoy our experience just that little bit more :). Food was good, would definitely come back.
If you're lucky enough to visit when Katie is there you will not be disappointed! She brings the vibes to every type of customer. She made it a memorable experience, we'll be back thanks to her and her fabulousness!
Just had delicious steak and duck stir fry meals in Giraffe, Grand Central, Birmingham. The service from lovely Shaila was amazing! Even my 13 year old said how great she was when we left!!! Thank you we will he back soon.

We had such a lovely time from the moment we entered our expirience was 10/10 Everytime I come here. The waitress name was Shai she was amazing and she made my experience 10:10. Last time I came with 11 people just to show the the Birmingham vibes
The food was really delicious and had great presentation. We received great service, Rachelle was very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a tasty and affordable meal at the station!
Great family meal out, Shaila was an absolute amazing waitress, haven't come across many people that deliver a service quiet like she has today, Giraffe... she is a keeper. Definitely recommend the curries over the burger.

My wife and I enjoyed our meal at Giraffe - it was a busy Saturday so there was a wait on for the food but it was beautiful when it came. Staff were very friendly and attentive also.
