Loved our dining experience but there were a few things that could have been better;
• husbands steak was ordered medium rare...but came medium...it might have been sat waiting and thus wasn't what it could have been - was delicious nonetheless

Amazing afternoon tea and service! I booked Chez Mal’s afternoon tea for my sisters birthday and it’s been the best afternoon tea experience we’ve had! Everything was delicious! There was nothing on the menu that we didn’t enjoy! 100% recommend!
Had the most enjoyable evening and the best service I have ever received at a restaurant. I could not fault. Great service and great staff! 1000/10

Plush modern French brasserie with trendy glass tables. Selection of booth seating and tables. Good selection of modern French cuisine with seasonal and local ingredients. Quite an exquisite hotel to stay right in the centre of the city, modern looks.
The restaurant menu is very limited so don’t get your hopes up. Prices are quite on the upper side.

Absolutely amazing day at Mal maison Spa and gym, we went for my wife's birthday Clare and Katrina gave us great treatments we feel so relaxed, the food and service was amazing at the Mal Basseri, service by Sonny the waiter was so good, he is a credit to the Mal Maison name... thanks again...
