Every time I’ve been here I’ve been seated relatively quickly even if it’s at peak times, great service (bare in mind my brother is picky with his desserts he likes his own blend 9/10 times it won’t be on the menu he’ll create it as he worked ina dessert place he knows what he wants and how he wants it) and the food goes without fault never have I been disappointed
Officially my new favourite dessert place. The waffles were so nice and soft, by far the best I have had in Birmingham. Staff were also very friendly and the decor is lovely. Definitely worth a visit ���
Lovely place to sit and read. I had Earl Grey tea and a lemon and sugar crepe, both were lovely. So nice to have a warm and welcoming place like this to pass the time between coaches in the evening.
After having dinner in Nottingham, we drove to Birmingham and arrived after 9 pm. We met our friends at Pirlo's Dessert Lounge for a sweet treat and a drink. The city is truly different from where we stay, as we were able to find Pirlo's Dessert Lounge still open at 10 pm. We all enjoyed the cheese fries and waffles, which were both delicious and reasonably priced. It was a wonderful opportunity for good friends to gather and catch up. It's not often that we can find a dessert place that stays open so late in the UK, especially in our rural area. We felt fortunate to have found Pirlo's and had a great time. 😊

The interor and the menus are beautiful. We have experienced some problems with service - we waited 1 hour for our order and then didn't get the full order but the owner came to us and apologies personally. That was nice, but he claimed it was super busy when it wasn't.
The Kinder Bueno waffle was delicious and the Sundae looked mad. I would not recommend the red velvet cookie dough - it tasted artificial.
Even though I love desserts, I don't often frequent these types of places as usually find them to be devoid of flavour and overtly expensive... however, Pirlo's massively surprised me! Not only was it nice and clean inside, the food didn't take an age to come (despite them apologising when we arrived for being short staffed and advising us of a wait) but most importantly, the food was brilliant! Full, deep waffles, covered in lashings of your chosen toppings and sauce! I was really, really impressed with the quality and will definitely be going back! Plus my other half's vegan waffle was delicious! 🤤🤤❤
Definitely a 5* for me. Was deciding with the mrs and family where to go and I remembered this place I wanted to try. Great customer service as soon as you walk in, directed us to a table where you scan for the menu. Really nice decor.
We got the Choc’o’Holic Crepe, Crepe Escape, brownie & ice cream, pancakes, Oreo shake and a strawberry mojito. The desserts were really delicious and fresh especially the crepes, the gelato scoops were tasty, strawberry mojito was refreshing, the Oreo shake was nice as well and the brownies were nice, warm and fresh. Definitely recommend.
The Best BBQ Chicken Burger Ever, with Steak chips and a tasty, sweet Mango Chilli dip.
From the first bite to the last morsel the heat remained throughout. The chips also remained the same temperature and were not soggy nor overcooked. Perfect.
Pirlos have a great selection of desserts, especially their waffles. They even have a "create your own" which was delightful. I chose the Lotus Biscoff Waffle and would have them both again.
The Service was attentive and friendly. The interior was bright, trendy, clean and cosy.
When I'm next in Birmingham, I will definitely be back.
Last time I was here in October this place disappointed massively with orders getting all messed up. Came today hoping it would be a better experience but it has disappointed hugely. We ordered drinks for us and a dessert for my daughter which looked like someone had dropped the chocolate sauce all over it! Desi tea was lukewarm and we sent it back. Iced coffee latte was a glass of diluted coffee with ice cubes that didn't even taste of coffee! The colour and taste was all wrong, it was like drinking a glass of cold skimmed milk with ice. The Desi tea never came back by the time the dessert was eaten!!!! So, I guess this is our last visit here. Standards have dropped massively, a waste of money and not an enjoyable experience.
Waited a while for service but it was polite and friendly. The food looked super impressive and was nice enough although I found the ice cream a little flavourless. I would definitely go again though :)
My sister and I have been to this dessert place for Afternoon Tea 4x and it is hands down the best! Great staff members and great prices, the guy who I'm assuming is the owner, is a great guy and you can tell he cares about his customers! Would 100% recommend.
BEST DESSERTS IN BIRMINGHAM. Been here many times since it’s opening and it’s only got better and better. Friendly staff, nice seating, plenty of parking, and all their desserts are delicious.
With their loyalty scheme and array of offers easiest on the pocket too.
Waffle and cookie doughs are my go to.. but nothing on the menu ever disappoints

After finding out this place has vegan options and is open until late, it has become my go to place for desserts and milkshakes. The loyalty scheme is generous, prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly.

Nice and family friendly environment. I really enjoyed that everything was really clean and the staff were very politeful and with a smile. The desserts which we ordered were beautiful served. I recommend this place.
Booked an afternoon tea for my sister in law and her husband. Booking was easy and paid over the phone as I couldn't attend, both enjoyed it and the service was very good. Nice quiet atmosphere
