I eat here often (burritos are the best) the food is always good, but today I was served by Eden, Esther and another lad who I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Great place, fresh food. My only gripe is that when you order a large you get the same amount of food than if you got a regular, just in a bigger container. If they were a bit more generous with the portions it'd be 5. Staff always very friendly though
I recently visited Tortilla on New Street and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was great. It’s definitely a great spot for a quick bite.
However, I did notice one small inconvenience while eating the burritos they can get quite messy. It would be helpful if Tortil

STAFF WERE SO GOOD we had no clue what we doing we were confused but they were real helpful. tacos 2 for 1 on Tuesdays in April!!!!! hot sauce was surprisingly hot! Do recommend!

I’m so glad this place is back open after being shut! Missed the energy of the team, the amazing food and quick shout out to Dylan for giving suggestions of what to get,, as well as the hostess Alice for making sure I was looked after!

Nice meal, well prepared in the middle of the Grand Central Station in Birmingham City Center. Its perfectly located by the Bullring so that after shopping you can pop in for a quick meal.
Great advice from Nicole about what to try as it was my first time eating there. And great advice it was! Comfy booths to sit in to eat - and clean & tidy! Great value for money.
Food was delicious and the staff especially Shalice was very nice and helpful. She was very friendly to us as customers and made us feel welcome. She also cleared our table for us, it was a pleasure eating at Tortilla.
Was unsure of what to order and the staff were nice and recommended certain items on their menu. In the end, opted for the quesadillas, which were honestly the best I’ve had. The quesadillas came with tortilla chips and sour cream sauce with sauce el verde.

Absolutely love this place! Always my go to for burritos either on the go or to eat in and relax. I have to say the hospitality of everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. You can’t go wrong, definitely check this place out!!!
