Our visit to Nando’s was at a very busy time we had to queue and was told it would be for only fifteen minutes the lad on the door was very helpful and was true to his word showed us to our table the staff were lovely we were served our meal very quickly and it was excellent the manager runs a very friendly and well run restaurant would go there again
Great food. Super grains were a great healthy alternative as a side with the green salad and butterfly chicken. Lovely.
Lovely meal, following bariatric surgery they were happy to serve me a children's meal, very good service, would recommend
There was 4 of us that went yesterday, it looked very busy, but we got in, got served, and had an excellent meal within minutes, then on to Cineworld!!
Had a great meal here on Thursday. Hubby and I shared a chicken with chips and rice, gorgeous. Restaurant was busy but we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated and service was excellent.
Although very busy the customer service was excellent - the staff were friendly and helpful. Well done Nando's!
Lunch time rush hour with full capacity, online ordering didn’t work but managers acted accordingly and relocated staff to open more ordering tills. Despite it being at full capacity, food arrived fast and service was great. Highly recommend and well done to everyone working there!
We stopped by Nando's, and as always, we had to endure the foodie queue, which can take quite some time while waiting for a table to free up. However, this queuing experience was quite different, and once we were called for our table, I actually felt a bit annoyed that we had to leave so soon. As you can see from the photos attached, there's no need to elaborate on Nando's food – we all know what they offer. This five-star review is all about how Nando's has perfected their customer service, especially on a busy Tuesday night.
Let me introduce you to "Dodge," the charming trickster who kept our party entertained while we waited. With his honestly impressive card tricks and sleight of hand shenanigans, all businesses with long waiting periods could learn a thing or two from this experience! Great job, Nando's! 😄
We waited less than 10 minutes for a table of 7. Our server Haymich (sorry if that's incorrect) made sure we would be comfortable with the size of the table and provided extra seating, he and all of the staff were so friendly. We ordered 7 meals plus extra sides and dips and everything came with no issues. The food was perfect, 10/10. At the end of our meal we were given a box set of sauces for being great customers ☺️ it was my partners birthday and it just made the experience fantastic. Thank you.
Super fast food and drink arrival after ordering on the app. Service was great, really friendly. Nice way to spend a evening before flying out in the morning.
Great service, friendly staff, clean and tidy inside, delicious food and quick service for food. All meals were hot and tasty, a range of different flavoured sauces available to choose from. Self serve drinks always some one about to help if needed 😀 would recommend and visit again 🙂
Went for food today and really enjoyed the platter we had . It was nice to see everyone enjoying life again after being stuck in so long . Food was tasty and staff attentive and helpful. Will be back again soon . We had the boneless platter a refil drink and a frozen yogurt for less than £30.
In a nice setting and nice views over lake . Parking is 2.50 for up to 12 hours at resorts world .
I enjoyed this visit. Very clean and tidy and the service was quick and friendly. I like the layout of this one, it seems to have more room than your typical high street branch. The Fina Pitta has become my new favourite, will deffo have that again. As fan of the eatery I'll recommend this branch to anyone, great location for a cheeky Nando's. ☺️
Birmingham Nandos near the cinema- Excellent customer services by Danny as well as the food being lovely and my son had a wonderful time as it was his birthday, thank you saffron too for singing happy birthday with us! Amazing customer service.
I'm a regular here at Nandos, the food is always fresh and the service is always fast. The queues are not long there either, so I know I will always get a table there.

Brilliant place to go pre concert .. best thing though is the magician in the queue !! He was lovely and very entertaining and made our night can’t wait for our next visit
Overall I love this Nandos. Chefs on the grill know what they are doing. Chicken comes out with GOOD, crispy & charred. No white pale chicken in this place. Service is very quick considering how busy they are. But guys…. The queuing system!!!! I beg, how was your queuing system more efficient in Covid then it is now. I don’t mind the wait but if you tell me it’s 40 minutes I should be able to leave and come back not herded like cattle in your barriers. Go back to the old way please. It just made sense

I had a free 1/4 chicken with the loyalty points I had, it must have been starved or very young as it was so thin with no meat at all .. 😔
Had 1 of the new burger ranges, churrasco burger which was nice..
