This is a brilliant desert spot and it's definitely right up my street! Went here with friends, chai tea was lovely with an amazing moist, light blueberry White chocolate muffin cheesecake and a delicious Nutella chocolate hazelnut doughnut... Fully recommend this place and I will definitely be back here again. Thankyou

Very good vibe as you step into the shop, very different to rest of the desserts shops in the area. I had a Fererro Rochér milkshake which very nice, the viscosity (thickness) was good and flavour was very good too... I'm looking forward to trying one of their Loco Shakes as i've heard a lot of good things about them. In terms of location, i think it's at a very approachable spot for the people who actually want to go out for desserts. I found it quite clean and tidy and the staff was also quite friendly. Definitely recommend it (Y)

The staff were quite rude and seemed very miserable, other than that the milkshakes are lovely and also the cakes. Also a little pricey for a milkshake.

Operated by Moroccan guys (I think lol, they do speak arabic), this place surely has a feel to it because of the lighting and relaxed ambience. I found the staff to be polite.
Been there 3 times. I tried their Kinder Hot chocolate, Kit kat hot chocolate (or lion can't remember), and a Mojito. Both Hot drinks were really nice, but the Mojito was bad I must say (nothing close to a Mojito). Wanted to try their cakes since they looked gorgeous (especially the chocolate one) but I guess I left it for some other time.

Hands down the best dessert shop in Birmingham! They have an amazing range of heavenly desserts and drinks, there's something for everyone. Until next time! 10/10 always a great experience with Eis Cafe!

First time at this place and wow, can see this being one of the staple cafes a go to now. This place is just lovely. Everything from the decor, to the buzz and the friendliness of the staff. Everything we tried was amazing too! We got the Adeni tea which was super refreshing and warming on a cold Friday night, and we ordered the s’mores pizzookie (pizza cookie) which was amaaaaazing. Ooey gooey chocolate marshmellowy goodness. Thy also have a selection of ice creams, and honestly I wanna go back again tomorrow that’s how good it was! My only complaint was that the table was dirty when we sat down, so maybe facilities management can be a little more attentive to this in the future. But otherwise 10/10!

A really lively local place, parking is hard work, but the little foot patrol is worth it, place gets busy so be patient, desserts are decent.

Apparently it’s the best in Birmingham, so far it tasted quite good so I will give it a 4 star One downside is the bits are too small in the milkshake

This place is brilliant. It has such a nice relaxed atmosphere, a decent variety of desserts, and a good hot spot for hot drinks. Prices are a bit steep, and parking is an issue. But that doesn't mean it's not worth coming, and the portion sizes are good.

I’m not really a dessert person but passed through here and the options look great, everything was super sweet and gave us all a sugar rush! If dessert is your thing, worth a try. They have an upstairs for extra seating.

Best dessert place in the UK. The items on the menu are very unique and bring joy to the taste buds. Not only desserts but their hot drinks have a unique flavour. it's a must if you want great tasting desserts and want something different. Love this place!

Don't have a massive sweet tooth but greatly enjoyed my experience here. Very friendly staff. Can tell the dessert here is of a good quality unlike many dessert shops. Plenty of booth seating upstairs, however, didn't see any signs for seating... had to follow the curiosity. Upstairs there is free room temperature and cold water dispenser. Not massively busy, great for friends, couples or families Not from Birmingham, so can't compare to other dessert shops in Birmingham, but definitely would visit again if I were to come again.

A German ice cream parlor on Covetryroad? How cool is that?! Very tasty desserts in a cool atmosphere from super nice people. Young people can sometimes be a bit peculiar, especially when it's all men, but everything fits here because the boys are very respectful and well organized. Small suggestion for improvement from me. Leave out the baking paper on the cast iron pans, because this has two advantages: 1. The cookies will be deliciously crispy at the bottom. 2. Photos look nicer and that's half the battle with food these days.😃

Loved this cafe so much we went twice in one weekend visit to birmingham. Facility to pray, quirky vibes and motivational quotes. Community friendly, Great coffee and food. My favourite was the red velvet cake crumble dessert

Luscious chocolate and luxurious cookie dough. A fantastic dessert parlour with extremely polite staff members. Excellent coffee options and tea options too. Only thing is they should offer a boring English Tea for people like my wife who don't dabble in coffee. Also, the large coffees are not essentially large. A small dining area downstairs but a larger one upstairs. Overall... an absolutely gorgeous Chocolate Paradise. After all, STRESSED spelled backwards is DESSERT 🍨
