The pizza was absolutely delicious! So perfectly made, and all of the ingredients were tasty and went together perfectly. The ingredients are clearly well sourced and of high quality. A special mention for all three serving staff who were exceptionally friendly, helpful and made the visit all the more special. We can’t wait to return. Pizza is our favourite food and this is quite possibly the best pizza we’ve ever had. So glad we found you!
We had an incredible night here! My husband and I ordered two drinks, an entree and two pizzas which all came out promptly and to a high standard. Our waiter was genuinely kind and chatty and made us feel welcome as visitors to the city. The burrata was delicious and both pizzas came out hot and with generous toppings. Highly recommend!
The pizza at Franco Manca looked appealing, but unfortunately, the crust under was slightly burnt, giving it a bitter taste. The Aperol was served in a fun-sized glass, and for next time it would be better if drinks were provided bit faster then meal. The restaurant's ambiance was okay.
My first visit and most definitely won't be the last. Pizzas and sauces were delicious :) and then Tay is really lovely staff! She is amazing
I visited in the evening on a weekday when it was nice and quiet, but I'm aware they have good lunchtime deals on where I have seen queues build up outside. The pizza was great. The homemade lemonade and the Negroni were ok. There are similar places nearby which I prefer slightly more, but overall this is still a great eatery. They accept Amex here.

We had a similar experience in Cardiff couple of months ago in the same place. We chose this place again for our lunch and we were very satisfied again.

One of the most efficient teams I have ever witnessed. They were actively preparing and serving meals for the entire time we were there (almost 90 minutes) without any breaks.

Lovely place for a lunchtime treat. We had the £10 pizza and drink deal for a friend's birthday and it was amazing.

First visit, I loved the place, I'm happy they can make any Pizza on the menu Gluten Free. So definitely be coming again and again as it's very difficult to get a decent gluten free base.
Not bad for cost either. Although abit unfair gluten free base costs abit extra.
Second visit, absolutely my favorite GF pizza place. Yummy pizza and yummy dessert.
I was recommended wine pino gregio with my pizza and yes I can say I loved the combo.
I am a bit disappointed that everywhere that does GF always charges more if you have a GF choice. Not sure what that's down to. Like it's not punishment enough we are restricted to what we eat. Would love to see the prices be the same and get us poor souls.
Lovely eatery. Fast service and not too crowded. They accommodated my little baby with no issues. Lunch special is reasonably priced and quality off food is excellent.
Sourdough pizza place in the nice downtown area of Birmingham. I for the meat special #338 which was excellent and certainly not traditional.
The pizza was slightly crispier than the Neapolitan pizzas I am used to in Italy but in my mind this is better as I like my pizza to stand up and be eaten by the slice.
The crust was flavorful and well developed. The cornice was airy. The affogato was a nice finish to the meal.
Service was quick. They also had a large amount of vegan options. My bill came to €20.40 which also included a bottle of water and a service charge.
Nice ambience, great service and of course the pizza was so delicious and well cooked.

Serves tasty Sourdough base pizza and I can recommend the no logo bottled beer to go with it. My friend had a gluten free base which he enjoyed. All served quickly by friendly staff.
Some of the best tasting dough ever. Made fresh every day! Cooked right in their brick oven with fresh ingredients, delicious!! This is a great pizza that won’t leave you feeling weighed down, but will fill the belly and leave you smiling & wanting more. Great dessert selection and lovely atmosphere.
