I came here with my family. There were 20 of us including 5 kids. The service was awesome. The guys were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food came out promptly. We ordered 3 large mix grills, 2 masala fish, 2 chicken jalfrezi, an achari gosht, a chicken biryani, a fried rice, 6 fries and 9 naan. Gotta say, my family are super super picky and if the food isn't up to scratch they won't eat it. Every dish got cleaned up! The food was hot and delicious. Couldn't fault it and you could tell it was all fresh. My father couldn't attend so we even took him a takeaway! I would highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful meal and it will mean we won't be going to the usual places on Ladypool Road all the time. Well done guys!

Visited for the first time with some friends after a recommendation from a friend who was amongst us. We had 2 large mix grills and it was one of the best mix grills I've eaten. The mains also tasted delicious and was well cooked and the Naan' s were very nice and hot. Will definitely return with the family.

Ok so the starters were on point, came out sizzling hot and tasted delightful. We had the masala fish, chicken pakoras, meat sheesh kebabs and toped off with fries. For the main course we had meat balti jalfrezi with naan which tasted so good I have to rate it at a 10/10. The presentation for main could have been better but the taste made up for it. The only thing I would say is the coke presented in a 99p bottle that was not cold but charged for 3 times was a bit lame. Despite that, I highly recommend this place if your a foodie like me.

Fantastic food. The quality of the food was very good. Naan bread didn't have too much butter on it, boiled rice had a lovely garnish of coriander which gave them a nice little twist of flavour. I ordered the achari chicken as medium spiced and due to the achaar (pickle) I feel mild wod be fine. The achari chicken was very tasty just the right amount of achaar which meant you actually had lots of chicken too. Also they play nasheeds and not songs.

Took a friend for his first ever curry & he loved the meal, a chicken balti, I had daal served with vegetable pakora and roti. We were the only customers in the place, the service was friendly. I noticed on the bill we hadn't been charged for 2 soft drinks and informed the manager who let me off for my honesty.

Been here a few times recently and I have to say the food was 10/10 always. You have to try the lamb/chicken seekh kebabs, chicken pakora, naans, samosas. Service was good too! Worth every penny.

This is one of the many restaurants on Ladypool Road and has an unassuming look from the pavement outside. You could easily walk past and not realise what you could be passing up. Having wanting to visit here for a while based on a recommendation I thought I might finally try it. We arrived as a family of four (2+2) and were seated by a courteous waiter who said he would be back in a few minutes to take our order. I noticed that the wooden floor was sticky around our table. Whilst seating us the waiter bought some sauces, a bottle of tap water and asked if we would like some poppadoms to start. We decided on the masala fish cod starter, followed by some chicken biryani and lamb karahi with some plain naan. The fish starter was perfectly cooked - moist, flaky pieces of fish covered with a delicious batter that wasn't too overpowering. The chicken biryani was also tasty, with a good balance of rice and chicken but we did find that due to the amount of oil used in its preparation it was a little too greasy for our liking so we couldn't eat too much of it. The lamb karahi was the star of the show - we ordered the 1/2 kg option (there was also a 1kg option on the menu) - which was enough for 3-4 people depending on appetite. It was seasoned perfectly and had a great flavour. The meat was tender but not falling off the bone/apart. Although we asked for it to be made spicy it didn't have the punch that we were after but was still very tasty. The naan were very well made, thin and with a large diameter (not like some places that serve small diameter, thick, doughy naan). The main portions were large and we ended up taking most of the biryani and the remainder of the lamb karahi home. But this was only because we couldn't finish it. Overall, I would say we would definitely visit here again.

The food is a bit expensive but it's definitely worth it. We had large mixed grill, 1/2 Kg Lamb Karahi, Daal Channa and everything was very delicious, fresh and pure taste to our liking. Staff was friendly too. Unfortunately no parking and they don't accept cards, only cash.

Service was a little slow but we did arrive at the restaurant after 10pm. No other customers there at the time. Good variety of the usual Pakistani/Indian cuisine. Quality and taste of all food we ordered was very good. Would recommend this place for all groups, large or small. Reasonable price
