The Woodman - Birmingham - Photo album

Traditional tiled pub with a very good range of craft beer and real ale. Has a student bar feel to it, I didn’t eat there but I saw a couple eating and the portions were large for low prices. Only thing that let it down was when we visited on a Saturday early evening there were only 5 or so people
Nice old style pub, historic in the midst of new developments, cheap for the area. Sells real ales, had 4 on when I visited from 4 different breweries. Does food which is reasonably priced. Beer was in good condition when I visited (late Tuesday afternoon) They also do box cider, mainly Lilley's, 3
Lovely old traditional pub, excellent choice of real ales and food is top notch and good value. Hs2 works all around but still accessible. Don't let it put you off.
Nipped in the Woodman before watching the not so mighty Ipswich play Birmingham City. Intended on just having one before moving on but stayed here for 2 hours! Excellent choice of ales, very well priced and very well kept! It won't be the last time I frequent this place :)

This is a great place, highly recommend. A specialist drinks establishment and they’ve got something good for everyone. Particularly good if you’re an ale drinker, I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always got a different range of well chosen beers, as well as all the standard Carlsberg, Guinnes
Visited after going to the Think Tank as literally opposite. Like stepping back in time! Lovely traditional pub, friendly staff, and decent food at cheap prices. Husband had the brisket which he said one of best he'd had (he used to be a chef, so praise indeed!) well worth a visit.
Visited with friends who have been before as they all enjoy real ales. We had a lovely afternoon in this relaxed old fashioned pub. Food was excellent I had a roasted vegetable sandwich with chunky chips. Fantastic value at £5!! Will certainly pay another visit at some point. Bar staff were friendl
