Food was well cooked and full of flavour. I had the half roast chicken and added a half rack of ribs. All I left was bones.
Service staff were friendly and helpful 10 out of 10.

The restaurant is well positioned on Hagley Road and has easy access to the City centre. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant is nice though not the most outstanding. The menu had nice and well priced choices. They don't serve milkshakes that was a let down for me. We had a late dinner so the

We had the roast lamb it was delicious and good size portions reasonably priced. Really nice waiter polite friendly and professional. We have been here a couple of times before and will definitely return
Had the pasta rigatoni with veg and chips, good filling meal, chunks of salmon and pollock but pasta only warm not piping
Went 30.5.23 very quiet so that was good, Hannah our waitress was very good and polite, food came out hot, good experience. Spoke to the manager Corey who again was very pleasant
Brilliant food and the staff were really courteous. I was down in Birmingham for work and was alone so already that's a huge pressure on yourself but the staff were incredibly polite and the food was served with a smile and they couldn't do enough for you :)
Lovely food, plates could have been warmer though. Seemed to be short-staffed. Waitress seemed to be rushed but very, very pleasant
Ordered fish and chips which were cooked to perfection. Maybe would have be nice to have the few extra chips that I did see scraped off my plate at the serving hatch but they probably did my gut a slight favour.

Stayed at the premier inn for 3 weeks with work, had breakfast here every morning and tea most nights. I worked my way through most of the menu and didn't have a bad meal! The staff were lovely and very helpful! Thank you.

We wanted to tip her but she told us she was t allowed to accept tips
I do think it’s utterly disgusting that she isn’t allowed to keep her tips and that her tips go to head office

I really love this place where we were served by Megan. I had the dubbel dipper burger and it was by far the best burger I ever had. I didn't even know english people could make burgers 😁. This one was exceptional and with the sweet potato fries and a sweet and tasty banana 🍌 caramel desert my meal
The food was lovely and the staff was very lovely and i will go again
