The place looks like a take-away - but what a surprise. Quite simply the finest Turkish food I've had outside Turkey herself. Wonderful - (including stunningly good bread), and (Turkish) coffee that's totally addictive. I can't recommend the place too highly. Warning: one visit and one'll be hooked!!!

Just stumbled over this restaurant yesterday and I have already been there second day in a row. Best Turkish grilled food I have had in Birmingham so far. Absolutely delicious, flavours on point and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly too and the service is great.

Wow!!! Absolutely fantastic We had a mixed grill and a platter to take away and it was gorgeous, just like the food you get in Turkey. The cafe is very pleasant and had lots of Turkish customers, which we all know is a good sign of authentic food and the staff were very pleasant and professional. My new favourite take away, thank you
Had take away last night for 7 people. We ordered the family feast for 6 plus the number one and it was more than enough. The meat is really good, tender and well seasoned. The bread is so moreish you could just eat this all day! Excellent value for money too. Thank you!

Went here for food a few weeks ago. The food was amazing! I go to turkey a lot and spend lots of time over there. Can honestly say this place is perfect when I'm missing home! ❤️❤️

Have been here twice in one week with my partner, so I think it is fair to say we love it.
On both occasions we have gone for the meal for two. This includes delicious Turkish bread, 4 different meat skewers, a lovely big salad, dips and rice for £14.99. And you definitely won't leave hungry.
Everything seems fresh and is really tasty. It may not be the classiest place to sit down for a meal, and the location isn't stunning, but this place is great.
had a take out last night stunning the aubergine dip was sooo and halloumi wrap so good delish and have just finished the baklava today wow just for me it was a tiny bit pricey at £16 but beautif quality

My exploration of the suburbs continue. This time after a few beers I decided to run in here and get a quick takeaway....I had heard good things and they were all true. What a great little place.
I wandered in and my first question was what have you got that i can take away in the next five minutes. My UBER was on the way and i needed this to be quick. The friendly lady behind the counter suggested chicken meat with rice and salad......Healthy......chek......fast.......check........and everything looked great so i instantly signed up and she got going with the prep.
There was a whole load of salad on offer which I liked...I standardly wait for the works with chili and garlic as well as the welcome addition of pomegranate sauce! A good condiment selection took this place from 4-5* by the way......also the face the chilli and garlic were homemade.....winning!
The food was fresh, tasty and not greasy at all. i was a very happy boy! If you are in the Kings Heath area check this little place out if you want some good grub on the go.
5 Star for the price and taste! Like when I gave a 5 star for Mission Burrito. The winner comes down to how satisfied I am and how little I spent. Getting a hefty portion (as seen in my picture) together with bread rice and salad for £15 that fed the two of us. Great! Will definitely be coming back.
Went in with family, there special pizza was finished and we really wanted that.
Asked for some water which they said they didn't do only bottles of water and said they don't give tap water.
Food was very nice overall no issues.
Drinks are £1.50 each for cans four cans for £6 and the multipack ones which I wouldn't mind but for that price.
Would go again but take your own beverages.
This is the best Turkish kebab store in Birmingham. Although they’re offering mostly take away options, you may dine in there are a few tables. The food tastes amazing, the quality is at the top and the staff is very friendly. I am sure I’ll be visiting more in the future and if I were living close by, I would be ordering a lot.
Exceptional! And what a lovely service. Great value as well. Came here for a sober kebab with family to dine in on recommendation. I love a kebab. Skipped breakfast, long run, really worked up the hunger..large generous portions. Craving satisfied
Absolute hidden gem. Delicious food, lovely workers. Keep coming back. Shawarma is fantastic, platters are a must buy. Inflation has raised the prices but still not very expensive. Mostly takeaway but enough seating for 4 families ish.
If you're in the mood for some delicious Turkish food but don't have time for a sit-down meal, Marmaris is the perfect choice. The food is always hot and fresh, and the portions are very generous. I highly recommend the mix grill platter . it's packed with flavor and always hits the spot. And the staff is always friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience that much better. All in all, a fantastic take-away restaurant that I can't recommend highly enough!
I had a fantastic chicken kabab pitta, great value at £8 for the whole meal including a generous portion of crispy chips (I'd already eaten 80% when I took the photo - they were that good!) fresh garlic sauce and a drink.
Nuri provided great service and even gave me some tips for my upcoming trip to Turkey - love the new loyalty scheme too - will definitely be back!
As a Turkish I am a fan of lahmacun and it’s not easy to find a place to make good ones. Today I visited here for the first time and was so happy to try their lahmacun. It’s absolutely satisfying! My daughter loved it too. Unfortunately I live far from there, so I can’t be a regular costumer but I definitely recommend everyone this place. When I went inside I felt like I was in Turkey with all the decorations and they also offered me Turkish tea which was a great gesture. Thanks for the staff I forgot to ask his name who is from Adana :) Had a lovely chat also
Traditional Turkish grill cooked by real pros. The food is spot on, we had the mixed family platter which was a very generous portion. All the pieces were cooked well, juicy and moist, spiced properly, served over rice and bulgur.
The salad, hummus and sauces are all fresh and taste great. Served with hot bread (sprinkled with sumac and pepper I believe). Delicious.
The service was on point, we had a large party and they managed to make room for us in a very small dining area. Everything was spotless, you can see the standards they hold for themselves are high.
More of a takeaway than a sit down restaurant but well worth going out of your way for if you're looking for proper quality Turkish food. Birmingham could do with more places like this that take pride in their food.
Consistently good quality, tasty food. We used to get the platter for takeout, barbecued skewers of lamb, Sikh kebab, wings and donner meat with rice,chips and salad. Very yummy. Bit pricey, but not for what it is I suppose
Excellent service, turn around time was surprisingly fast for a family platter and the price was very fair for the food that we received. Taste was delicious as always and portion size is generous. I definitely recommend marmaris if you're after a tasty Turkish meal.

Most takeway places if spend £60 odd quid you expect courtesy drink I remember once they gave us one Sprite can to share between 3 again bigish guys. (Laughable 1 can come on guys we spend £60 odd quid)
Also they quite tight with their dips look at size of the platter 2 dips we got with that.
The food is amazing and I would order again.
Absolutely amazing! We just finished our meal and hands down the best turkish we had in a while. Food was ready quick, fantastic dishes ,very flavourful and fresh. Good portion sizes and plenty of choice. Perfect for 10 people with different preferences from meateatarian to vegetarian 😃Recommend strongly 👌🏻
Great find £28 for the platter for two. No extra charge to eat in. Great place to grab a bite before going to a gig at the Hare and Hounds.
