I have tried many curry houses over the years. Indioz tick All the boxes. The front of house Shaheed and waitress Lauren make us all feel welcome and nothing is too much effort. THey also hosted our company Christmas meal which was fiftieth, tasty and fantastic value of money. I can really recommend the Harah Ghosht lamb dish which is very tender and full of fresh spices..jon

Have been visiting this restaurant for many years - in it's previous life as Imlees in Acocks Green and then as Desi Imlees in Balsall Heath. The new restaurant has kept the superb quality, freshly cooked food and friendly service we love and now in congenial surroundings with lovely ambience. Always get a great meal but the piece de resistance are definitely the lamb chops!

I clearly remember the time when Indioz opened; the grumblings of middle class Boho’s too polite to raise their voice from condescending to snooty. Moseley does not need another curry house, they would say, it needs more places where Columbian coffee workers are paid a fair wage to hand harvest the beans in my mug, because this economic tilt towards the lowest paid in South America will help keep the cost of cocaine down. And that’s the thing about us Moseleyites; we’re as socially reckless as we are conscious.

Best. Curry. Ever.
I stumbled upon this new restaurant a few days ago. Yet again another curry house in Moseley. What is this, the fifth? We don't need another curry spot in Moseley....
Then comes Friday evening with no reservations. Moseley gets pretty busy on the weekends. So my 3 companions and myself decided to try to get a table in the new Indioz. We walked in and surprisingly enough were seated right away. The restaurant is intimate and very chic. Lots of candles and mirrors. Great dining room.
Having recently opened, they were still experimenting with the menu. It was a good sized menu with an entire page of starters to choose, a nice vegetarian selection, and many mains. The restaurant was very accommodating with their dishes too.
We had a nice serving of poppadoms with triple dips (mango, onion, and mint). For my starter I had a chicken kebab dish. It was so succulent. A perfect way to start the meal. Unfortunately I forgot to take a pic of my main. Although I can't remember the name of my dish, it was similar to a butter chicken. We had a side of pilau rice which was perfect for sharing, and some naan bread for dipping in the amazing sauce. By the end of the meal everything was devoured!!!!
At the end of the meal we each received a mint and a hot towel. The price is extremely reasonable. The quality of the food is outstanding. The service was so great. We were asked a few times for our opinion of the food. It's nice to feel like your opinion genuinely matters.
This is my new favourite curry restaurant in Birmingham. I will definitely be back to try it again once it's fully opened. Oh and I forgot to mention it's not licensed so bring your own alcohol ;)
We have eaten here twice recently and on both occasions enjoyed the food which compared very favourably with the other local offerings. During the week it is nice and quiet, as you would expect, and when we were there on a Saturday it was completely full and therefore also full of conversational but not too excessive noise. Staff were friendly and helpful on both occasions. I think the "owner's comments" put on here last month must have been hacked as clearly ridiculous. Hopefully they will be taken down.
I had a very nice meal here, the food and service both fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. The food had a nice, balanced flavor in the and i enjoyed it very much. They were extremely service oriented and friendly. Also, they have a policy that you can bring your own drinks with you, so for those that drink alcohol this is a good option.
Went on a friend's recommendation glad I went. Food is fair priced and the portions are big. Food tasted great no faults. Staff are very friendly. Will be visiting again soon. Thanks
Beautiful restaurant. Love the art deco influence throughout the restaurant. Food was delicious and the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Great food and efficient service. I would say that this by far is the best restaurant in Moseley.
Have eaten here twice the first time we sat in and was blown away by the food we ordered absolutely amazing then we ordered to deliver and it was just like before . Quality food but with unique flavours and truly enjoy what they do

Highly recommend this restaurant. Food is excellent and the staff are awesome. A terrific night guaranteed. The private room on the first floor is an excellent venue for a party or family function.
Lovely meal and interesting new menu. Good service very comfortable, take you own drinks, off licence opposite if you need extra.
Really tasty curry, bring your own booze and soft drinks... A great deal with a DineCard as well. A place to seek out
