It was our first time at this Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 We booked for Valentine's Day 👍 Very nice 👌 We was nicely Greeted at door n was shown 2 our table .... the menu was very impressive while we was waiting for our food 🥘 they had arranged entertainment a young lady singer 2 which had a wonderful voice 👌🎤 .... staff was very helpful n friendly .... food n service was excellent 👌 And we already planning 2 go back to take our family ... Thank you for a lovely nite ❤️

Having lived in Italy � for two years it was lovely to get genuine Italian cooking.
Our second visit to Ristorante Veneziano and it definitely won't be our last. Went for my fathers birthday and the food and service were fantastic. Gino is a brilliant host and pulled out all the stops to make our experience really enjoyable!! Love this restaurant!!

Delicious food, excellent service. I had the fish of the day.. Two sea bass fillets, in wine sauce, with fresh vegetables. Followed by a lemocello sorbet, capped by an espresso and an amaretto! Was replete! A lovely dining experience in a simply decorated peaceful restaurant.
Wonderful little restaurant in the heart of King's Heath. Can't believe I've never come here before but it's easy to miss while you're walking on the High Street. This is truly a hidden gem. Authentic Italian in every way - not just the food, but all the staff, the music played and the decor.
Loved the decorations, it was so beautiful - it made me feel like I've been transported to Venice in an instant! It goes without saying that the food was amazing just as well. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The cook even came to apologise if my pizza was overcooked, since I was taking my time to finish it and they were concerned. I said that's exactly the way I like it and that I'm enjoying every moment. Also the pizza was quite huge!
Overall very happy with the experience and definitely shall be returning again. Would recommend 100% !

Really Lovely and accommodating staff and brilliant food. It is a small business, so wait times can be longer when it's full, but still well worth it! Group gatherings can be a bit more difficult as we found the manager hadn't really given our requests to the staff on the day and it was a bit stressful. But the staff who were in still did all they could to help solve the situation and made it a wonderful experience nonetheless!
This restaurant is a real Italian gem right on Kings Heath high street. Great menu choice, all home cooked, delicious, authentic and fresh. Lovely relaxed friendly service and decor. Family friendly. Give them a try! And like us I’m sure you will return again and again. (We need to try the pizzas next time 😊). Just up from Loco Lounge, car park opposite if you’re driving and don’t manage to bagsy a space on the road. Highly recommended and supports our local businesses.
Lovely atmosphere with beautiful paintings. The staff were friendly, and service was incredibly quick. The food tasted great and the price felt very fair, I was definitely expecting to pay more than I did going in. Would definitely recommend
I went for a party event and they put up a big table upstairs for about 25 people. There is a bar up there so you can stay upstairs all evening. The food was very good. We ordered in advance from a reduced menu so it all came without the delay of ordering on the night. The mains offered were chicken, steak, pasta, sea bass. The only problem was that the accompanying vegetables and steak sauce came too long after the main course so we had nearly finished eating when they arrived.
First visited the restaurant with my partner during the Eat Out to Help Out scheme and we loved the place.. Really intimate and local restaurant feel but also gives the sensation of being on holiday abroad which feels nice right now.. Anyway we were always keen to go back after lockdown and booked a table this weekend. Just love it. Food is amazingly cooked and delicious, service is discreet but always someone around to help, very friendly, genuine family vibe and the atmosphere is lovely. I had carpaccio to start and fillet of beef main, partner had prawns and the fillet too.. Can't fault. Really reasonable prices for the quality and cooking..just a total pleasure and has definitely become our local choice to escape the high street. Would so recommend. And we got complementary Lemoncello too after finishing our sambuca coffees. Go soon and support this local gem.
I went as part of a group and the staff, service and food was spot on. It is far better than any chain restaurant and is a little gem of a place hidden in plain site in Kings Heath. Highly recommended, and look forward to going back.
This place should be full every night... Honestly some of the best food I've ever tried. I had the spinach ricotta ravioli, partner had calzone and shared a cheese garlic bread. Everything both looked and tasted amazing. Kudos ro the chef.

As a veggie, the fact that veal is served is somewhat disappointing, but I can't argue with the quality of the vegetarian options: excellent.
The ambiance is lovely and the waiters attentive.
It has a tiny frontage so make sure you don't miss it!

Have already recommended the restaurant to many friends and we look forward to returning. Many thanks to the chef who prepared and served such a delicious meal. This little gem in kings is the best Italian restaurant in the area. The fillet steak is to die for, pastas are great and I had scallops for antipasti, they were fabulous. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I definitely will go back again and again and again.
Wonderful birthday night meal with family. The food was lovely. This was our second visit and the food and service was brilliant the on the second visit as the first. Nothing to much trouble.
