Got the Spicy Buffalo wings and the fish & chips. Very tasty wings. Super crispy. Fish and chips both are crispy and light inside. Washed down with a Cornish cider.
Very friendly atmosphere, lovely staff, 2 for £12 cocktails that tasted great. Pool table and enough seating. Definitely one of my go to spots for a drink. Can't go wrong.
Came to watch rugby and had small meal and drinks with friends. Service was amazing and food were just a good! They are pet friendly and even have treats (at the time) when I went there with my dog. Highly recommend! Would come more if there were different sports on too
A pleasant lively vibe atmosphere, friendly staff with excellent service. I didn't dine here but they had a good choice of wines and beers for my group. Nice venue.
Love the vibe here. When the bar and restaurant is quiet it's relaxing here, on the flip side there's a buzz when it's busy, particularly at Christmas time. Some very good ales on sale, with no problems to try before you buy. Very good service from Joanna and Lucy with a good quality sound system.
Great Atmosphere....played darts and pool. Staff were friendly, and so was the doorman. Great time had especially being from out of town. 👍🏻
A great eatery in the City Centre. Although ostensibly a pub, getting served is a challenge at the bar when it's busy. However, book a table, you get table service, real ales are available, the food is great and the staff are fun and pleasant. Try the potato cakes with extra ham and egg...you won't
I generally come here after work for a few drinks sometimes. The drinks are reasonably priced and there is seating area situated around the bar. Close to Grand Central and Snow hill making it ideal for me. It is also less busy than Alchemist therefore you are likely to get served quicker.
First visit and probably last for food although i would return for a drink only. Hugely disappointed with some of the food, fish and chips was good and value for money, but the burgers were the issue-small burger and bap with about 10 to 12 chips with a slice of bacon (extra £2.50 !!!!) In total nea
First visit and impressed. Good range if drinks, good food menu and good customer service.
A very different experience to the madly busy other Fullers pub up the road by the square. Proper pub, not bad beer (although Fullers/Asahi really should be using microbrewey products as guests) and spacious.
Popped in by accident for quick drink. Looks decent for after work gathering which looks like their most custom. Should be lively at the weekend. Background music was very good. Very surprised to hear 'Sincere' by MJ Cole 👍 I've never heard this anywhere except when I play this track myself.
Couldn't comment on the food as only had drinks. Do a fabulous margarita 😋 and will definitely revisit
Food is good. Drinks selection is a bit limited, but you can get by. Can get really rowdy, overly busy and consequently, unpleasant.
A nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Also has a pool table and darts board.
Didn't eat there but spent a fun couple of hours with ex work colleagues on a perfect late summer night in Birmingham. A native of Shropshire these days, I was very impressed with the vibrant scene in the city. Drinks were reasonably priced too .
A gem of a pub near the cathedral. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic. Excellent bar staff except for one girl who did her upmost not to serve anyone.
