There’s a good range of restaurants in the locality. We decided to go with Factory this time.
A little bit more class than the weatherspoons. A good menu with some great food.
The drinks were brought out in good time. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food either. Which is reassuring. A nice atmosphere with plugs and USB ports at most tables. Deffo would recommend for a bit more of a quality meal as opposed to weatherspoons or burger king. 💫
You don't normally expect exceptional service in an airport bar/restaurant. But that is exactly what I got. Laura was absolutely amazing, buzzing around attending to everyone. She has an awesome, warm and friendly demeanor. Also my eggs Benedict were great, eggs cooked to perfection. Thanks for helping me relax a bit before my journey.

Very nice and quiet for an airport, atmosphere is perfect for an early morning flight.

The only comment I have is that the big breakfast would be great if it came with two slices of toast!

I have been coming through this area for over 30 years and for the first time I feel I had one of the best meals that I have had here. Adil and his wonderful team looked after everyone so well. When things are not right I do complain but this team deserves full credit for customer satisfaction and I can see that it comes from the team leader. It’s not the most economical restaurant but well worth what you pay. I will be back next time. Thank you/
Arrived around 9 in the morning and wasn't too busy, found our table and was greeted by a positive and friendly staff member who took our order (not sure if this is new or because it was quiet as last time it was very busy and we had to order at the bar) the drinks arrived quickly and the food a couple minutes later, you're always going to pay a bit more in airports the food was spot on and you could tell that quality ingredients were used so it's worth it. Overall brilliant service and food and will be back again and thanks again to all the serving, bar and kitchen staff.

Alcohol pricing is about average for Airports.
Service, need more staff at tills, tables cleared sooner as some have disused cutlery for a long period of time but not down to staff standing around as if staff were paid per step, would be able to retire by weeks end 😊
Amazing service especially at 4 in the morning we managed to get 3 traditional English breakfast with a beer in under 5 minutes and it was very good quality. It was not to busy at 4 in the morning so that might have helped. The waiters were very polite and were able to answer all of our requests. I attached the breakfast menu as well.
Used order at table app. Cup of tea arrived in just a couple of minutes, breakfast about 5 mins later. Nice food, super fast service. Not the cheapest, but hey, it's in the departure lounge, so that's to be expected...... a step up from Weatherspoons!!
Toast was like warm bread. Every thing else fine.

Laura behind the bar was the stand out absolutely amazing barmaid. I was in a long queue and the way she dealt with and spoke to customers was amazing. At the time it was busy and looked under staffed but she was so good I’m normally not a patient person but the way she handled things I’m was watching and listening to her and actually didn't mind waiting. I wish there were more people like her in the world.
Lovely breakfast at The Factory Bar and Kitchen, such friendly and quick service from all the staff, especially Laura who helped us establish what was gluten free and who made our early morning even brighter!
Laura M what an excellent member of the team, brilliant customer service and very helpful. When I first arrived it was a nightmare, I couldn’t get a table and when I did, I went to the bar to order because the App didn’t work (poor WiFi) as soon as I got up someone took my table. Laura got me another table and then took my order, if it was for her I would have walked out. Thank you Laura M real customer service
Wonderful place for breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly, approachable and really helpful, the setting is clean and relaxed and the food was fantastic. Will definitely come here again when flying from BHX.
Food was amazing one of the nicest Ravioli's I've had and Adil was super friendly and really helpful. I will definitely eat here in again when I visit Birmingham Airport
