From the music to the staff the atmosphere of the place is great. Been meaning to try it for ages and decided that today was the day! The wife loved her thick cold milk shake and I thought the Byron burger was to die for, fresh well cooked and beautifully presented. Think I've just found the place to have my 50th birthday meal at!
We visited the Birmingham branch this bank holiday, the place was very busy but the food and service were amazing. My oldest son has food allergies and the staff there were very supportive and put our mind at rest with that. Also loved the fact when my children ordered their food the waitress took the time to help them choose which burger they should go for. A great family meal out and the children are already asking to go there again.
Love this place, so good with kids and service was so quick, milkshakes to die for this is officially my kids favourite place to eat now!
I must admit the service was amazing with a really attentive guy serving us . The burgers were really delicious but it would be nice for the price to have fries included and the Music is a bit loud but that is a small complaint really.
Amazing food as always. We asked for an extra pot of pickles to take home with us as they are the best ever and we were given a massive can of them!!! Our eyes popped out of our heads! Absolutely outstanding service �� ��
Had a wonderful black Bean burger and the best fries I've eaten in a while, the service was amazing and quick, the table was clean and cleared without hardly even noticing. Definitely needs a return visit.
Really great food and great table service friendly bunch. I ordered The Cheese Burger really juicy loads of cheese and fresh bun. Cheese and bacon topped chips were great and washed it all down with a Reece’s milkshake. Really good experience.
Had a lovely meal with my girls 5&8 & my niece,15. Burgers were delicious children were more than happy my 5 year old said her burger was just right lol. Would definitely recommend. Cheese on my burger was amazing! 🍔🍟😍

Byron comes to Birmingham on the back of a big reputation down south, where they are dotted around the sprawling city for Londoners to get their fill. I always found the reputation bewildering; London is not short of good burger options in the same way that it is not short of superiority complexes – why would a high street burger chain be mentioned along with the likes of MeatLiquor or Patty & Bun? In my frequent visits to the capital I had never had one, because, in all honesty, there was always a more interesting option. Now it’s finally here after working its way around the country, in a prime spot on New St, and I have no get out clause. I heed my call.
Amazing restaurant! Very good value for money. The food was very delicious, we had the Hero Burger and it was the amazing! Special shoutout to Bianca who gave us the best customer service! Will definitely come again!

3 portions of chicken wings, not enough sauce tho, but they were superb.
The chicken loaded fries were the star of the menu for us, however the buffalo wrap was equally good too!
We did regret that we ordered the gunpowder chips as they were not as good as it sounds and a-little soft .
Overall great place to eat so do give it a go as it’s cheaper than the German Market!
From walking in we were shocked in a good way, from the outside it looks like a small place but it's large open plan and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully visible as part of the restaurant and looked immaculately clean as did everywhere else. The food was prepared and served to a very high standard and promptly which made the price even more shocking, we had two burger meals one a large stack two soft drinks and a latte for under £30 pounds! Staff were polite and professional. Id reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good quality burger place that doesn't require a bank loan
First time dining in, but I’ve had their burgers before.
Ngl I expected the burgers to be much warmer considering they were just freshly made, but regardless they were good.
The highlight of my meal was the spicy chicken loaded fries, tbh I think they were the best part!
The habanero cheese balls were okay but nothing special.
A nice selection of packets of sauces are available at every table and they seem more higher end than average - so that was nice.
The biggest plus I can deffo give is that for city centre birmingham is was very affordable! (On top of being above average in taste)
I have been here so many times, and I will keep coming as it is a perfect place.

This place was lovely. The staff were so accommodating and did all they could to help my friend and I. I had my 6month old twins with me and they were so brilliant. Food was really really nice too.

BBQ chicken wings 🤩🤩 a dream!! The are indeed the best chicken I've ever tasted! Succulent and very tasty! Shout out to chef Abs ❤ and lovely Daren ❤❤ that made the night very pleasant for me and my friend
Had an amazing day , food was delicious staff were excellent . No waiting time the waitress Melinda and chef Alex went above and beyond and made our experience brilliant . I would recommend this place for anyone to go to. Thank you for a very enjoyable day .
I would recommend coming here when you have a voucher for 50% off their burgers. You can get this by signing up to their mailing list. Otherwise you will be paying up to £10.50 just for the burger alone. I thought I would try courgette chips with blue cheese dip. I would recommend you get it without the dip as it comes out a bit lumpy.
Visited 19/09/18 early evening; it wasn’t busy and we were seated very quickly.
I ordered the Byron burger, my partner the barbecue burger and we shared a macaroni and cheese side.
All of the food was prepared brilliantly and was very tasty. As others have said it’s not the cheapest place to get a burger but you are paying for high quality food.
