Excellent front of house, waitressing, food and atmosphere. Our waitress explained everything we ordered and even showed us a meat board and talked us through the different cuts of meat. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals - my lamb shank just melted in my mouth. My Negroni cocktail and the wines we had with our meals were spot on. Will definitely revisit and recommend. The surprise to my desert, demonstrates that the staff listen to what customers say when making a booking.
Had lunch yesterday and it was fabulous as always! The waitress was fantastic with our 8 year old and really engaged with him, food was lovely and he really enjoyed his ‘make your own pizza’ would definitely recommend for family’s as well as those without. Thank you for an enjoyable afternoon.
Fantastic meal for my moms 75th birthday, fantastic service by Catia, lovely young lady, very polite and couldn’t do enough for us whilst also looking after lots of other tables too, nothing was too much bother, will definitely be visiting again, great food, great place - loved it �

Very nice and easy going classy restaurant, the atmosphere is very relaxed and low lit perfect for a date or family outing. The bar staff were incredible recommending cocktails and able to produce bespoke drinks. The food was very very good but not exceptional however the service staff were fantastic, very friendly, very knowledgeable and a good vibe overall. Would definitely recommend this place for a cosy date night or a group dinner.
We had a lovely dinner. But, there is no parking, we had dirty plates and a dirty fork. The chicken was dry... So I cannot give 5 ⭐... Otherwise the food was delicious, and service was good too. The desserts were exceptional.
Bianca was amazing! The brunch was honestly sooooo good and our drinks were kept topped up the whole time. Food was delicious, we will most definitely be back!
Have to admit, our waitress Louise is the main reason I will be returning. What a lovely, polite professional young lady. An absolute credit to Gusto. We have visited here on a couple of occasions for Sunday dinner. The Chicken was lovely. Thank you again ❤️

Menu is easy to understand and great gluten free options, I like some dishes have wine recommendations next to them, I ordered the meatballs and beef ragu with gluten free pasta
The meatballs where great but highlight was sauce great flavours, mains was beef ragu with gluten free pasta, this was great dish nice balance of sauce and meat, again u can taste slow cooked flavours.
Only critique I have is on the sunday I went the waitress was trying to manage too many tables and I had to wave call out to get her attention few times.
Money well spent.
*No halal meat, with a small amount of veg options. I hope to return to see some additions to the menu.
This was one of my favourite italian meals i’ve ever eaten. The arrabiata pasta was cooked to perfection. So much flavour!

Our amazing waitress recommended the dessert, was one of the best desserts of my life. This same waitress was so attentive to our every need.
Great food and service.
- For starters I had the calarami, however they were overcooked with a rubbery texture, which was a little disappointing.
- For mains I had the sea bass fillets which was cooked to perfection. Crispy skin and oozing with flavour (see photo).
- For desserts I had the biscoff cheesecake - pure indulgence!
Overall, a brilliant meal with colleagues.

Amazziingggg food and good portion size. Great vegetarian options. Also, must try their Tiramisu. It was one of the best Tiramisu's I have ever had in my life.
We went there on a weekend, so it was quite noisy, but the overall ambience is pretty good. In regards to the service, the starter was served quickly (within 10 minutes), but the main course took over half an hour, which was a bit annoying.
Overall, I would highly recommend going to Gusto for everyone who loves authentic Italian food.
We had booked this place for our wedding lunch after civil ceremony and leading up to the day I had constant communication with the manager. They kindly allowed us to bring in a cake and decorate the table early before the restaurant opened. The staff were so lovely and attentive and made sure all our food and drinks were perfect..the atmosphere was beautiful! The area we had sat was underneath the olive tree which made awesome photos! So happy I chose this restaurant for my wedding lunch.
Saturday night brunch at Gusto with friends. Luscious interns and mouthwatering food has made our night. Lasagna is recommended.

The service at this place is absolutely fantastic, really can't fault it. Our server was great, and so was everyone else we spoke to. Another positive is that none of the meat is hallaal, so I had more choice on the menu. I feel really bad about not giving a full 5 stars, especially as I was given a free dessert for my birthday, but have to say the main food was just ok, not as good as you'd expect from a place like this.
Had a great dinner experience. The team are very accommodating and attentive, couldn't fault the level of service provided. SO HAPPY that the Tuna is back on the menu! One of my favourite dishes along with the courgette fries.
Will definitely be paying a visit soon!
Our first visit here with family and it was an okay experience. Bit chaotic on a Saturday night. The food was okay, well presented but nothing special. Better Italian restaurants out there. The Bar area by the entrance is probably the best bit here.
First class service from Suzie. Not only friendly service but also a bit of banter as well. Highly recommended!
Found this lovely place on our trip to Birmingham, my husband loved the food so much we will have to return soon! I found the drinks to be excellent but what bought everything together was the exceptional service that we got from paty? Considering it was busy we got the food on time, drinks were perfect and any questions we had about what was on the dishes were answered as I have a dietary requirement . Loved it all!
